Risco Cardiovascular

O escore de Framingham é usado para estimar o risco de eventos cardiovasculares em indivíduos sem doença aterosclerótica manifesta (cardiovascular, cerebrovascular ou periférica).

O escore estratifica o risco de morte por doença coronariana, infarto não fatal, angina, acidente vascular cerebral isquêmico ou hemorrágico fatal ou não fatal, ataque isquêmico transitório, claudicação intermitente e insuficiência cardíaca em 10 anos.

A classificação é arbitrariamente dividida em três categorias de risco: risco baixo (inferior a 10%), risco intermediário (entre 10% e 20%) e risco alto (acima de 20%).

Recomenda-se estimar o risco em homens acima de 45 anos e mulheres acima de 55 anos sem história de doença cardiovascular.

Este aplicativo objetiva auxiliar o médico na tomada de decisões. O uso da ferramenta não substitui o juízo clínico frente a cada situação. The Framingham score is used to estimate the risk of cardiovascular events in patients without manifest atherosclerotic disease (cardiovascular, cerebrovascular or peripheral).

The score stratifies the risk of death from coronary heart disease, nonfatal myocardial infarction, angina, ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic fatal or non-fatal, transient ischemic attack, intermittent claudication and heart failure in 10 years.

Classification is arbitrarily divided into three risk categories: low risk (less than 10%), intermediate risk (between 10% and 20%) and high risk (over 20%).

It is recommended to estimate the risk in men over 45 and women over 55 with no history of cardiovascular disease.
