No driver (there were at least 5 free drivers) accepted my request to pick me up at Sydney airport in the evening on 21/10/14

There are better ways to verify someone's identity! While I think it's important, giving away more private info than you require from Facebook is simply out of the table! Sad, I was looking forward to try it out...

First time kept me waiting for 15 minutes while saying calculating driving distance from the driver to me and still charged me 2.50 for canceling.

Had an awesome experience using this service. User-friendly app and an even friendlier driver. Definitely would prefer to use this over an overpriced taxi service.
