My Visit App

App Visits reports, the goal is to eliminate traditional visits reports for your sales force or maintenance force.

In real time is possible to inform the company about what is going on in the field, what is negotiate, the best seller, were the visits happened.

The acess to all reports is available in administrative portal.
App characteristics:

- The Place / client ( which you sales force is visiting)

- You can do the Check in off line without internet or GPS and edit the visit when your smartphone recognize the internet and GPS.
- The user can easily to check the visits done in day, week or month in App accessing: Menu/ Visits
- The user can create an appointment and the App will advise by push you appointment.

To Register in My Visit:
You must do a short register and after that you will receive a mail whit your swordfish and user. Pay attention in your spam box.

Reports on Web site (Administration Portal)
All reports Works integrate whit the Google Maps, checking by visited clients for the sales force or maintenance force.
The sales force or maintenance force can get the reports at any time.
The administrator and the manager can see all the reports and the user can only see your own report. The reports can be visualized in Administrative portal, by day, week or year.
The Manager can see in real time what is going on in the field with the team.
The Administrator, managers and user receive all the reports every week by e-mail.
