A história dessa empresa familiar começou cedo, mais precisamente em 1975 quando o Sr. Silvio Nunes da Cunha e Sra. Irene Moti da Cunha fizeram a festa de 15 anos de sua filha mais velha, parentes e amigos começaram a fazer pedidos para suas festas. Logo estruturaram-se e abriram serviço de buffet completo para então poder atender as solicitações. Dedicaram-se a atender aniversários, formaturas, casamentos entre outros por 23 anos.

Quando em 18 de dezembro de 1998 sua filha Regina H.N. Cunha Caneppele e seu esposo Fernando A.V. Caneppele compraram a empresa “Buffet Paladar” e partiram em busca de modernização e investimentos em infra-estrutura de alto padrão.
Celebrando o sucesso dessa empresa ,este crescimento é fruto de muita fé, amor e dedicação, Atendendo assim as celebrações com alto padrão de qualidade de seus serviços. O buffet Paladar hoje é grife da alta gastronomia, glamour e requinte.
