MobileZEE - Cidades Zoneadas

Para desenvolvimento deste app interpretou-se a LEI DE ZONEAMENTO, PARCELAMENTO, USO E OCUPAÇÃO DO SOLO DE IMPERATRIZ de 2013,
Os vértices das zonas foram definidos a partir de uma interpretação textual do documento oficial e a aptidão de cada zona foi definida conforme descrito no documento oficial.
Espera-se contribuir com este aplicativo para a 1.. Orientação e estimulo ao desenvolvimento urbano sustentado; 2. Permitir o desenvolvimento racional e integrado do desenvolvimento da cidade; 4. Visualização georeferenciada das diferentes zonas urbanas, indicando o uso recomendado do solo; 5. Servir como ferramenta pedagógica dos direitos e o deveres de todos com relação ao equilíbrio ecologia e da economia do município de Imperatriz, Ma, Brasil. Acredita-se que esta experiencia poderia ser transposta pra outros municípios que apresentam ou estão no processo de criação de seu zoneamento ecológico e econômico.
Esta ferramenta foi desenvolvida graças ao fomento de bolsas e de materiais de permanentes de baixo custo obtidos graças ao Edital n3 do PIBIT do IFMA. For development of this app has been interpreted to ZONING LAW, INSTALLMENT, USE AND EMPRESS OF LAND OCCUPATION 2013
The vertices of the zones were defined from a textual interpretation of the official document and the ability of each zone was defined as described in the official document.
Expected to contribute to this application to the 1 .. Guidance and encouragement to sustainable urban development; 2. Allow the rational and integrated development of the city development; 4. View georeferenced of different urban areas, indicating the recommended land use; 5. Serve as a pedagogical tool of the rights and duties of all in relation to ecology balance and economy of the city of Imperatriz, Ma, Brazil. It is believed that this experience could be transposed to other municipalities that have or are in the process of creating their ecological and economic zoning.
This tool was developed thanks to funding grants and low-cost permanent materials obtained thanks to the Notice of n3 PIBIT of IFMA.
