Agora vai ficar mais fácil você síndico se comunicar com os seus condôminos. Chegou o aplicativo para celular Meu Condomínio!!
Criamos um aplicativo dinâmico e fácil de usar para você enviar avisos, receber reclamações, sugestões, administrar itens de uso comum que podem ser reservados e visualizar as reservas feitas para cada um desses itens.
E o mais legal é que o custo para utilização do aplicativo é baixíssimo, apenas R$ 2,00 para cada condômino e o primeiro mês é gratuito.

O funcionamento é muito simples, o aplicativo foi concebido com abas para os itens que serão menos acessados e com botões para os itens mais comumente utilizados. Veja a seguir como utilizar o aplicativo:
1) Após baixar o aplicativo a primeira coisa a fazer é preencher o seu cadastro, para isso estando na tela principal clique no ícone do aplicativo (canto superior esquerdo) que um menu de opções se abrirá, aí basta clicar em “Cadastro”.
2) Finalizado o cadastro o próximo passo será cadastrar os itens de uso comum que poderão ser reservados para uso, como churrasqueiras, salões de festas, etc.

E pronto!! O aplicativo está pronto para ser utilizado!!

E como síndico você poderá:
a) Enviar Avisos para os condôminos, bastando clicar no botão correspondente. Você poderá selecionar para quais condôminos enviar o Aviso:
• Todos os condôminos;
• Todos os proprietários;
• Todos os inquilinos;
• Um condômino específico.
b) Visualizar as reservas feitas, bem como excluir uma reserva futura feita por algum condômino, porém ao fazê-lo o condômino será notificado que a reserva foi excluída.
c) Reservar algum item, por exemplo, o salão de festas para uma assembleia de condôminos.
d) Receber reclamações e sugestões dos condôminos e ser notificado enquanto não enviar uma resposta, bastando clicar no botão correspondente ou na lista que ficará rolando na parte inferior do aplicativo.
e) Se existir no cadastro algum condômino que não utiliza mais o aplicativo ou que você deseja excluir basta clicar na aba “Lista de Condôminos” para desativar o condômino.
f) Conversar com a Hiperion para informar algum problema ou para fazer sugestões para melhorar o seu aplicativo.
g) Se em algum momento você trocar de celular, ou precisar reinstalar o aplicativo, ou mesmo se você assumiu o cargo de síndico não precisará cadastrar tudo novamente, bastará clicar na aba “Importar Dados” informar a chave e todos os dados existentes no nosso servidor serão carregados no aplicativo.
