Apura Fácil - Apuração Popular

Disponibilizado gratuitamente para Android, o Apura Fácil possibilita a colaboração popular na apuração paralela das Eleições Municipais de 02 de outubro de 2016. O cidadão que capturar os dados das urnas no encerramento da votação poderá checar, também no Apura Fácil, o resultado colhido por ele e o resultado dos municípios onde houver previamente a captura dos dados das urnas pelo app.

As informações são captadas pelo escaneamento do QR Code presente nos Boletins de Urna, documento emitido pelo presidente da seção eleitoral logo após o encerramento da votação, às 17h, e afixado em local visível para consulta popular.

A participação dos cidadãos ofertada pelo aplicativo contribui para a fiscalização e transparência dos resultados divulgados das eleições.

INSTRUÇÕES:
• Com seu smartphone/tablet, abra o aplicativo e clique em “Capturar QR Code”;
• Direcione a câmera de seu dispositivo para o QR Code presente no Boletim de Urna exposto nas seções eleitorais;
• Não é preciso estar conectado à internet para fazer a captura dos dados. Mas a conexão é necessária para que o aplicativo envie os dados do QR Code ao servidor, que na sequência irá convertê-los em informações sobre o resultado das eleições e divulgá-las no próprio aplicativo;
• Se a conexão estiver lenta ou com qualquer tipo de problema, os dados coletados no momento da captura não serão perdidos. Eles permanecem no aplicativo e serão enviados automaticamente para o servidor no momento em que o usuário restabelecer a conexão;
• Para checar o status das capturas, basta clicar em “Histórico de Captura”, presente no menu de “Capturar QR Code”;
• Para apresentar o resultado da apuração, o aplicativo utiliza a localização do usuário direcionando-o para o município onde ele esteja no momento;
• Em “Resultado”, será exibida a votação do município onde o usuário estiver. Mas se o GPS do dispositivo estiver desligado, o Apura Fácil oferece a opção de buscar a cidade desejada;
• Após ser direcionado à cidade ou selecionar a localidade desejada, o usuário pode optar por conferir o resultado da votação por “Vereador” ou “Prefeito”. Também é possível acompanhar o número de votos nulos, brancos e a parcial da apuração;
• Será divulgado apenas o resultado da votação dos municípios onde houver a captura dos dados das urnas por meio do Apura Fácil.
