New York Post for Phone

The older version was way better. The new ads are absolutely ridiculous. There's video commercials taking up almost half the phones screen, killing both battery died and data. Nice update.

In the last 2 weeks i have noticed ads pop up every 2 or 3 articles. The ads used to be once every 10 articles or so, now it's just plain annoying!

Had problems for awhile but it works fine now. Good app.

Hey Post, what the heck? This new upgrade is not allowing me to read the stories offline like I used to.

This app is way underrated. I love it.

Fluid UI. I just love the steady, squicky clean interface and constant supply of conservative news and top notch gossip (yep!). Hope to see more features and amenities. No idea why the ranking of this app is so low, but I'm yet to find a chink in the armour. Keep up the updates.

Love the fact that you can save and read articles later with your data turned off. You can read business and sports along with great political coverage, perfect for me. ******* Feb 2017 update is the best!!

Constantly crashes and then freezes phone in the process.

Seriously, I been using it for weeks & didn't see anything wrong with this app. Why is rating so low!? It works faultlessly with my Note5 so I am given it a 5 stars!! Will update later if things change.

Still crappy. Won't update. Older review....:. Don't bother! TRY "AP WIRE" OR USA TODAY. Much better. Just don't use this app. It sucks. I've used it on two different phones a samsung epic 4 g and a samsung galaxy 3. On both phones it just force closes. Sad part is, I like reading the Post. Update: Rooted S3. No change. It still sucks.

I like the stories in this app. The ads are becoming too much. But noticed how my battery is being drained lately. Shut off notificatons and location access and still my battery was draining. Finally removed just the NYP app and battery life is better. Will just have to read through the browser.

App freezes, closes without notice, doesn't work most times, incredibly frustrating. I wish the Post would invest in their app.

Does nothing but lock up. I have to clear cache & data so that it will work for five minutes or so longer. I give up.

The Post is what is wrong with the media. Stories are slanted, worthless. Technically the app runs fine.

Could not connect message intermittent like everyone else.

Reading a news story and an ad starts playing! No apparent way to shut it off. If it happens again, I'll remove it

I turn off the notifications for this app and it keeps turning them on. Very annoying!

Android 4.2 fails to recognize network. Crashes a lot. But great NY Post content.
