A lower value for the notification intervall would be nice (actual limit 1000ms) and a vibration duration :) The rest is perfect ;)

It works great ! It does exactly what it promises and i'm very satisfied from its performance . It allows you to custom make your own notifications for the Smartband swr10 (you need to have the app "tasker" though). Great job

Does not work. Can not fully access the Apps menu in settings. Shuts down the apps menu. WANT TO REMOVE! WORST APP EVER!

This is a Tasker plugin to do the very niche task of triggering a vibration notice on a Sony Smartband. It does exactly that and works just like every other Tasker plugin. If you don't have Tasker or a Sony Smartband, this is worthless to you. If you have both and see the utility in Tasker-automated vibration notifications on your Smartband, this is exactly what you're looking for.
