Schedule tasks simply by configuring the time that your smartphone enables/disables the wifi, bluetooth, alarm, GPS (confirmation screen on 2.3+), silent mode, sync or automatic rotation. Available in the languages English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Cron Tasker was born out of a personal need to be able to activate the bluetooth and silent modes at certain times without having to interact with the device. Due to the short software lifetime and the wide variety of devices out there, I ask for your understanding during development, and would love your help with reviews and suggestions on how to improve it.

Editing my review. I liked the way this app used to allow me to automate silent mode & Bluetooth/wifi connectivity so my phone wouldn't ring at work or use too much battery. No, the UI wasn't very easy to understand but the app worked. Now it doesn't, and the UI is still counterintuitive. This is a very useful idea and I hope someone comes up with a good implementation but I'm afraid this one is getting uninstalled.

I like this app, it is useful for power saving and security by keeping wifi and bluetooth turned off at work. Some of the icons are obvious, some you have to guess at but they're in pairs of opposites which itself is a clue. However, the wording in the English version is hard to understand. With a more intuitive UI this would be a 5 star app for sure!

What do the icons mean ? How can i write a cron job ti.start and stop processes on my droid ? Why would.i.only wanna.run.a.process once ? Which apppears to be an unchangable.default '''' just a little.document ciuld.make this a great app

This is a great little app. I wanted something simple and cheap to automate my wifi and sync. This does the job. Not sure why the GPS only has an 'On' option, but apart from that it's great. May update in the near future so I can add more tasks. You get two tasks in the free version. Recent update looks good. The developer obviously cares. That in itself is worth a lot.

Pretty buggy - used the free version and decided to go for the paid version but most of the time it doesn't work - I wanted it to turn my Bluetooth on and off when I was in the car but have now given up on it and uninstalled it. Waste of time. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5
