FATEC Tatuí

Há dez anos, a Fatec Tatuí está imbuída do desejo de corroborar com o fortalecimento regional através do aprimoramento da educação, da qualificação profissional e, consequentemente, do nível de aprendizagem e de conhecimento teórico, prático e tecnológico.

Inicialmente, voltada à área da automação, a Fatec Tatuí começou suas atividades no dia 02 de março de 2006 com 80 alunos em dois períodos: uma classe no período vespertino e uma classe no período noturno, resultado do Decreto nº 50.578/2006. Como não possuía espaço próprio, contou, naquele momento, com a parceria da Escola Técnica Salles Gomes. No mesmo ano, no dia 21 de março de 2006, foi publicada, no Diário Oficial a Portaria CEETEPS nº 39/2006, designando o Prof. Dr. Mauro Tomazela como Diretor da Unidade em caráter pro tempore.

Na Etec Salles Gomes, a Fatec Tatuí permaneceu até dezembro de 2006, quando foi transferida à Rodovia Mário Batista Mori, nº 971, Jardim Aeroporto, em imóvel cedido pela Prefeitura Municipal, onde dividiu espaço físico com a EMEF “Eunice Pereira de Camargo”.

O imóvel cedido à Fatec Tatuí foi definitivamente transferido para o CEETEPS, através da Lei Municipal nº 4.237, de 03 de setembro de 2009, com o objetivo da expansão da oferta de ensino superior gratuito e possibilidade de adequação física pelo CEETEPS. Naquele mesmo ano de 2009, foi autorizada a reforma do Bloco II do Campus, o que implicou a transferência da Faculdade para espaço também cedido pela Municipalidade, junto à Escola ASSETA/Objetivo, onde permaneceu até agosto de 2010. As obras de reforma e adequação desse espaço foram licitadas e contratadas pelo CEETEPS por R$ 4.910.031,30. As instalações desse bloco contam com 09 salas de aula equipadas com multimídia; 01 auditório com capacidade de 350 lugares; 02 auditórios de 80 lugares cada; 05 laboratórios multidisciplinares; 08 laboratórios de Automação/Manutenção; 01 biblioteca; instalações de cantina e reprografia e, departamentos administrativos.

Em agosto de 2010, a Fatec Tatuí voltou e reassumiu seu espaço, com projeto de continuidade da reforma e adequação do prédio, negociando com a Prefeitura a saída da EMEF “Eunice Pereira de Camargo” para um novo prédio construído pela municipalidade. Foi nessa ocasião que buscou recursos para a reforma do Bloco I, adequado para receber não só as instalações da Diretoria e da Congregação, mas também as Secretarias de Serviços Administrativos e Acadêmicos. Esse Bloco possui hoje 16 salas de aula, 03 laboratórios e o Estúdio de Produção Fonográfica – esse último ainda em fase de término. Ainda fez parte dessa fase a construção de passarela de interligação entre os Blocos e a construção da nova portaria. Nessa parte do projeto, foram investidos quase 6 milhões.

Em uma década, a Fatec Tatuí cresceu em infraestrutura física porque cresceu em inovação tecnológica, em número de cursos e, consequentemente, em número de alunos. Nasceu em 2006, com 80 alunos matriculados no curso superior de Automação Industrial e hoje atinge a marca de 2.217 alunos distribuídos pelos cinco cursos que a Unidade oferece: Automação Industrial, Gestão Empresarial (presencial e EAD), Manutenção Industrial, Gestão de Tecnologia da Informação e Produção Fonográfica -um total de 400 novas vagas a cada semestre.

De início, a Unidade contava com pouco mais de quatro professores. Hoje, o corpo docente agrega 103 profissionais, sendo 16% graduados; 22% especialistas; 51% mestres e 11% doutores. Além do corpo docente, o corpo administrativo emprega 38 profissionais, funcionários do CEETEPS, Prefeitura Municipal de Tatuí, Estagiários e Terceirizados. The property transferred to Tatura Fatec was definitely transferred to the CEETEPS through the Municipal Law No. 4,237, of September 3, 2009, with the goal of expansion of free higher education offer and the possibility of physical fitness by CEETEPS. Facilities that block have 09 classrooms equipped with multimedia; 01 auditorium with a capacity of 350 seats; 02 auditoriums of 80 seats each; 05 multidisciplinary laboratories; 08 laboratories Automation / Maintenance; 01 library; canteen facilities and reprographic and administrative departments.

In August 2010, the Fatec Tatuí returned and resumed his space with continuity project of reform and adaptation of the building, negotiating with the City to exit EMEF "Eunice Pereira de Camargo" to a new building built by the municipality. It was then that sought funds for the renovation of Block I, suitable to receive not only the facilities of the Board and of the Congregation, but also the Departments of Administrative and Academic Services. This block now has 16 classrooms, 03 laboratories and Production Studio Recording - the latter still in completion phase. Also it was part of this phase the construction of interconnecting walkway between the blocks and the construction of the new ordinance. In this part of the project, the company invested nearly 6 million.

In a decade, Fatec Tatuí grew in physical infrastructure because it grew in technological innovation, number of courses and, consequently, in the number of students. Born in 2006, with 80 students enrolled in degree in Industrial Automation and today reaches the 2,217 students mark distributed over the five courses that the Unit offers: Industrial Automation, Business Management (classroom and distance learning), Industrial Maintenance, Information Technology Management and phonographic production -a total of 400 new jobs each semester.

Initially, the Unit had just over four teachers. Today, the faculty adds 103 professionals, 16% graduates; 22% specialists; 51% teachers and 11% doctors. In addition to the teaching staff, the governing body employs 38 professionals, CEETEPS officials, City of Tatura, Interns and Outsourced.
