Movido pela necessidade de oferecer respostas a inúmeros líderes que lhe procuravam com dúvidas e incertezas que os impediam de desenvolver com tranquilidade suas atividades com os adolescentes em suas igrejas que o Pastor Wanderley Rangel Filho, se dispôs a servir a Deus neste ministério - PAVI - no qual serviu integralmente nos anos seguintes desde sua organização oficial em julho de 1989.
Era uma época de cartazes feitos ainda com recortes de textos e figuras para reprodução e divulgação. Um tempo de marcar os dados dos alunos em caderneta própria (que ainda existe), controle de presença em folhas quadriculadas.
Desde aquela data o PAVI exerce papel fundamental entre lideranças de adolescentes neste país. Seu fundador continua conosco assessorando com suas orientações e orações.
Pretendemos contribuir para atuações seguras e com propósitos centrados na vontade de Deus; ministérios vitoriosos em Cristo Jesus e na Palavra. O PAVI oferece palestras a líderes, igrejas e adolescentes, cursos preparatórios para líderes em nível básico e avançado, workshops, Pavão, congressos, cultos especiais, participações em seus eventos e os mais diversos treinamentos em muitas igrejas diferentes na cidade de São Paulo, bem como no Estado de SP e em outros estados de nosso Brasil.

We intend to contribute to safe performances and purposes centered on the will of God; Victorious Ministries in Christ Jesus and the Word. The PAVI offers lectures leaders, churches and adolescents, preparatory courses for leaders in basic and advanced level workshops, Peacock, conferences, special services, participation in its events and the most diverse training in many different churches in the city of São Paulo and in the State of São Paulo and other states of our Brazil.
