Seminário Novo CPC - Forense

O Seminário tem por finalidade mostrar ao profissional a ideologia do Novo CPC, suas principais inovações, o direito intertemporal, as alterações meramente redacionais e o modo de convivência de alguns atos iniciados sob a égide do instrumento de 1973 que terão seus efeitos sob o regramento de 2015. As palestras terão o objetivo de esclarecer o que será fundamental e indispensável ao operador do Direito diante deste novo desafio. The seminar aims to show the professional ideology of the New CPC, its main innovations, the inter-temporal law, merely redactional changes and the coexistence mode of some actions begun under the aegis of the 1973 instrument which will have its effects on the establishment of rules of 2015. The lectures will have the aim of clarifying what is fundamental and indispensable to the right of the operator on this new challenge.
