Calcular Financiamento

Esse aplicativo realiza cálculos financeiros para facilitar a conferência de financiamentos utilizando a tabela SAC.
Ele possui as seguintes funcionalidades:

- Simulação do valor das parcelas do financiamento
Para simular o valor das parcelas do financiamento, é necessário informar o valor a ser financiado, o número de meses e a taxa de juros com 4 dígitos.
Após clicar no botão calcular, o aplicativo exibe as parcelas e o valor total a ser pago considerando os juros.

- Cálculo da taxa de juros do financiamento
Para calcular a taxa de juros do financiamento, deve ser informado o valor financiado, o número de meses e o valor da primeira parcela.
Após clicar no botão calcular, o aplicativo exibe a taxa de juros ao ano e ao mês.


Esse aplicativo é muito útil para pessoas que desejam simular financiamentos imobiliários para verificar o valor total que será pago em diversos bancos, como a Caixa Econômica Federal, Santander, Itau, Banco do Brasil, entre outros.
Muito útil para comparar propostas de financiamentos e verificar a taxa cobrada em cada banco.

Nota: Lembramos que esse aplicativo deve ser utilizado apenas como um simulador de financiamentos, o valor calculado pode ser diferente do informado pelo banco, pois os bancos podem considerar algumas taxas adicionais, como por exemplo, IOF.
