The stretches are effective, detailed, and the information about stretching is helpful. However, every time I open the app it goes straight to the lower body. I would prefer if there was an app menu that categorized the body parts, whereas I as the app user could choose what I would like to stretch. Also, some of the apps,somewhat assume that the user know the activity they are doing. Please be considerate of everyone's fitness levels. Also, since this app is on my phone, it would be helpful for audio.

Horrid. Ads make this app unusable. Could be a nice app, the material seems to be well organized. But I am constantly interrupted with pleas to fill out a survey with the possibility of a $10 Amazon gift card. Constantly. Uninstalled immediately.
