About 5-Min Energy Boosting Exercise

You can do it every day and even several times per day as soon as you feel the need for an energy boost. The whole set takes around 5 minutes to complete. No need to rest between exercises – just do them one by one without pauses.
This routine is equally good for men and for women. You can exercise at home or at the gym, no equipment and no sneakers required.
