Only worry is where is the recovery time? Surely every other day would generate better results? You need time to let the tiny tares heel and that should be minimum 48 hours. Unless you know something I don't as this is basic practice. Other than that its good

Today was the first day for me with 7.5kg , i really feel the burn , than k you so much :) , anyways i hope this app really help my biceps get stronger and bigger :)

Not a bad app, although I just started. Would be better if there were more detailed pics. If you're someone who knows nothing about what to do, you will be confused. Would also be better if it actually kept track of your progress. I am really just using this as a loose outline. It's not bad but not the best either. It gets the job done though. I feel the burn. I will give it 30 days and rerate. Needs a triceps workout along with this one. Has potential.
