BOV Mobile

Used to be quite good but ever since the latest update it got really bad. Loading takes forever and nine out of ten times it gives you a timeout. Subsequent logins will then fail as the app will tell you that you're already logged in. Please fix this sorry excuse of an outdated banking app.

Since the last update this software is giving app errors when performing payments. I try to login again and it tells me that i am already logged in! Please fix this ossue asap as i find it very comvenient for paymemts.

The App was great when it launched, almost revolutionary for it's age ... Unfortunately it's stuck there, with no modern UI to it, no security updates, no real world development. Come on BOV bring the app to 2017

Even after the latest update still have that problem - checking security 2-3 min and then you can log in...

Checking security takes ages and now to top up takes ages too what a joke where's fast app loading times..."If ain't broke don't fix it" 0/10

Crash most of the times on login.

Horribly slow!

This is a very useful app that I use daily. But on 4G mobile Internet the app doesn't work good. After logging in it logs off and doesn't let me to login again. On wifi it works ok. Please fix this. Very irritating.

For months, I couldn't make this app work on Android 6. For those who are still having problems with this app on android, I disabled app power saving and the app started working again. Still, this is just my personal opinion. I have no affiliation whatsoever with the developers.

The worse banking app ever, user experience is really bad! Sometime i cannot log-in into my account because i've receive the error "you're already logged in from your ebanking", useless as the rest of the service. I wouldn't recommend this app, a lot of bug's to be fixed.

It tells me it took too long to respond as soon as I launch the app..

On Android 6.0.1 unfortunately to many login issues. PW is accepted but then error: unexpected error occurred! I get logged out and then I can't login for around 20 min as it keeps telling me I'm already logged in. I know this is a security feature but still annoying and even support is unable to log me out and I need to wait

When I open the app, it gets stuck at "Checking Security" for about 3 minutes before I'm able to use it.

The app is good and functional . the only suggestion i would recommend is too shorten the loading time in the begining as it is quite irritating but on the whole it is a passable app

App is useless since it never works properly.

I think this app is great. It has made banking within reach by a push of a button, anywhere in the World.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. This app has not worked with Android N since it came out way back in September and your latest update of the app has not solved anything. Truly shameful! >:(

Been a longtime user and never had issues, other than the sporadic error on login which causes me to wait for session expiry. Since version 1.3.12 I noticed the seemingly infamous large font issue on my OnePlus One with stock Cyanogen OS 13.1.2 which was never an issue before. No recent phone updates were applied, just a regular update of this app to said version.

I have been using this app for quite some time now. Unfortunately it does not work with the latest android version. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but to no avail. Please update the app it was so convenient!

Working on Nougat, but animations not so smooth especially when you scroll up and down.

Best app to spend with.

The app was fine when I got it and then started having issues that got fixed after a few weeks. I thought this would be issues of the past but to my disappointment they are back. App crashes when trying to start it and reinstallation did not help. Please fix this as the app is really useful even if not perfect.

Unfortunately enough, BOV App is a total let down and utterly unreliable when in need. Security checks take ages, connection is lost and forces you to wait for 15 minutes as it locks the login session. Several compatibility issues whenever a new android OS is launched. I really hope the bank decides to focus on this app as they should realize this app is a major factor for most people's banking needs.

The resolution on samsung note 4 is huge and does not allow you to change it. Please fix this bug. Thanks
