אפליקציית מעקב אחרי נוכחות ילדים בגן מיועדת לגננות

האפליקציה מותקנת אך ורק על המכשיר של הגננת

הורים - האחריות על ילדיכם היא בראש וראשונה עליכם, אולם הגננת יכולה לסייע לכם לשמור על שקט נפשי

גננות - זו אפליקציה שתעזור לכן לעקוב אחרי נוכחות הילדים בגן

אין צורך ברישום מוקדם

אין צורך בגישה לאינטרנט

אין צורך להתקין אצל ההורים

כאשר הילד מאחר להגיע לגן ישלח מסרון אל אנשי הקשר של הילד

הגננת קובעת מתי ישלח המסרון

ניתן לקבוע שעה שונה לכל ילד

עבור ילדים המסומנים כנמצאים בחופשה לא ישלח מסרון

האפליקציה חינמית וחופשית לחלוטין מפרסומות.


3 מצבי פעולה:
רגיל - סימון נוכחות, מעקב איחורים ומשלוח מסרונים.

חסימת מסרונים - כמו מצב רגיל אך לא ישלחו מסרונים.
כאשר משחררים חסימת מסרונים (מצב רגיל) תינתן אפשרות למשלוח כל המסרונים שלא נשלחו במצב חסימה.

נעילה - לא ניתן לסמן נוכחות, לא מתבצע מעקב איחורים ולא נשלחים מסרונים.
משמש להפעלה בימים של חופשה.

מצב נעילה הוא ברירת המחדל עם ההפעלה הראשונה ביום. כדי לעבור למצב רגיל יש לפתוח נעילה (לחיצה על המנעול) ולשחרר משלוח מסרונים (לחיצה על העיגול האדום).
