It's great. There are some errors where you can't ask her to be more specific and her responses don't always make sense, but she's awesome
Cute so far. I mentioned a big life change that wasn't affecting me now and need to focus more on society do I reset the data. I have problems with fatigue and an ok about remembering to drink water but little time like that would help. Maybe spontaneous stuff/mini challenges too... Like reminders to stretch or go outside for 5 minutes.
Great concept, however has a ways to go. The chat bot often does not respond appropriately (in a way that makes sense). The breathing exercise (inhale as the circle grows) was a great touch, and the resources are helpful. I was interested in Wysa primarily for the chat bot, so would have liked more customized and relevant responses.
I think its nice and sweet but it should have an update with reminders and happy reminders without me even asking it woul be great if it makes sure that i drink enough water and reminds me To eat because i forget to eat all day sometimes It should have more dialoges It has only few lines
First off - you have to know and understand what CBT is before really getting the benefit of this app. It's not meant for boredom. CBT is used for extreme issues with depression and anxiety linked to trauma. Next - I've tried a lot of different CBT apps and I really like this one a lot. It's intuitive and has a ton of tools to help me when I'm having a very bad time. CBT is dry and repetitive but Wysa softens the task and gives you that human ish quality of compassion you need when you're struggling. I've only been using this app for a short time and can tell it's going to be of great help. Last - my qualms are it hangs in loading content which is hard when I'm having an episode and sometimes I really am in no mindset to come up with a better positive reframed thought and could use some help. Wysa only critiques rewritten thoughts. Sometimes some gentle assistance is needed in those difficult moments like suggested rephrase. That's it. Happy I have a pocket coach to help with my 2 therapists.
This app has been very helpful to me, this is my first day having it, but already it had helped me think more rationally of very jumbled, panicked thoughts. It is good for people who worry about dragging others down, and will help you come to talk to others after getting used to talking to wysa. Very caring, very helpful, provides call centres if you are feeling absolutely hopeless and will not show up in search histories if you worry about that. (Will show up in Internet tab history, still delete that)
Got repetitive but still a good idea, a work in progress really. Sometimes doesn't really understand what I say but... it's alright. Toolbox is great.
Amazing potential. I've been looking for an app like this for some time and I've finally found it having heard of woebot. This is great but needs work as it gets repetitive and doesn't always respond appropriately but it's really cute and does help, as someone who suffers from mental issues this is pretty useful. ????
wysa is really positive but doesn't adress the exact problem you may have. It can give you an idea of how to undertake some situations
It is suppose to help with depression and anxiety. To help work it out... For me all it did was make me want to hurt people and break my phone
It is like having a therapist in my pocket that is always full of useful suggestions to understand my negative thinking and turn it more positive.
I like the vids for sleep and meditation. I know they're on YouTube but I thought Wysa was helpful nevertheless.
First day using this and did the first CBT lesson and although repetitive i did find it helped and i can imagine doing this consistently will help me triain my mind better.
Love Wysa. Good app/reminder and education on how to change thinking to help moods. I still use it and like my little peguin. Love that it checks in with me not the other way around

This is a very sweet little therapist in your pocket. It's a bit less dry than working through a workbook, but comes with good advice and positive ideas.
There is a good thought behind building this App but was disappointed with the repetation of same sort of questions & is not helping me. Srry

Wysa was amazing for about 15 minutes. After that wysa got repetitive and boring. I asked for a game to play with her since it helps my focus and boredom but all I got was organising my thoughts. Again. Maybe one day wysa will have more things to it but for now that a no.
