1. Choose `SetWork` after click MENU button on the first screen.
2. Click `ADD` button.
3. Click a button to set the start date up first. Secondary, Fill in the form in numeric order([1],[2],[3]....) as requied. Finally, click `ADOPT` - 'CONFIRM' buttons one after another.
