If you want to get faster results in your training and fitness you need to train smart and make sure you are true to form. With this video coach app you will get instant replay - just look at the delayed video to see how you performed. For quicker actions like basketball shooting, golf swing, acrobatics or martial arts actions you can use slow motion mode. This sport app will help you to train quicker and safer.

NOTE: It's not possible for me to test my APP on every Android device out there, so please don't leave negative review if it's not working on yours. Let me know if you have problems and i'll try to fix it!

How to use:

Regular (NOR) mode:
Set video delay by tapping the screen or by using the clock icon, start your workout and watch instant replay. You don't need to touch your device again - just focus on your training!

Slow Motion (SLO) mode:
1. High beep start your activity.
2. Mid beeps - prepare for replay.
3. Low beep - start watching slow motion replay
4. Mid beeps - prepare for your next action.
5. High beep - do your action again and replay it

In the slow motion mode you can use +- slider to speed up or slow down replay.
You can adjust slow motion time with clock button.
You can reset / restart slow motion 'recording' with X button. This feature is useful if you are coach and want to precisely capture your student action.

I personally used Video Delay Instant Replay as my video coach for physiotherapy exercises and workouts after my sport injuries. Sometimes looking straight into mirror is not possible and this sport camera app will give you better feedback. Now I'm using my app for TRX and basketball training.
