BookChor - Buy|Sell Used Books

Book collections are good. But so far very bad customer support. I am waiting for my order and it's already past the due delivery date. Contacted support but there is no reply. I am starting to regret my purchase.

This time I ordered twilight series ( first 3 parts ) and the Christmas carol. I was actually pretty excited about receiving the books , the personalized note and the bookmarks. But I was disappointed when I found that rather than sending me the first three parts , they've sent me two books of the same part - New moon. And since they didn't send the first part so I cannot start reading yet. Moreover , they're neither picking up my calls nor replying to my messages. Disappointed I am really !! Trusted this app a lot !!

Nice collection. Bad service. I have ordered three times and every time the delivery was delayed. There is no response from the courier service too. At least choose another courier service, there are many with much better service

I would have given 5 stars, had it not been for the late delivery and the worst ever customer service. 4 stars for this app because of the great deals i get on books.

The Worst customer service ever,they wont help you in case you need a replacement or have some problem! You ll be ignored.

Loved it! Bought 11 books...great quality for second hand books. The tiny note and cute little book marks were icing to the cake...it just made me smile. Book lovers heaven!! <3 Keep up the good work guys!

The collection is so cliche. I mean fifty shades of grey and twilight saga. Not a single book of Haruki Murakami or any other good writer.

Well, let me start with the positives. I was surprised by how good the books looked, even though their condition was described as "old". I was pleased to get a hand-written note and the bookmarks. The delivery, however, took much more time than I expected. Overall, I like it and want to order further.

Installing this app turned out to be an exercise in futility. It lets me log in but tuen displays only a blank screen or at most, a "logging in" sign. I've tried it multiple times with no luck whatsoever.

"Welcome to little book store that loves you", personalized note says. And the sellers certainly knows how to satisfy the readers. Books are in very good condition and delivered on promised date. And, those bookmarks are beautiful too. Satisfied and looking forward to place next order.

Best app currently to buy used books online....Books are very cheap compared to other websites and the delivery of books was smooth...Books condition also top notch...Very satisfied with the app...Can't wait to read the books and order more books again

So far like it a lot I get books worthof 1500 and i just paid 450 rs yes books are second hand but they are in good condition.

It is an amazing app. Not a very large collection. But still... Very handy and cost effective.

Prompt delivery and the condition of second hand books is amazing. Almost as a new book and the new books are also cheaper.

Better than Amazon, Flipkart or anyone... SUPER-SATISFIED!!! Even the old books felt new, I myself couldn't believe the shine of the books, like there's been a mistake and they sent you new book instead. But each and every time it's the same, AMAZINGG!!!!!!

Amazing concept. Absolutely love the service and recommended it to all my friends. Ordered 6 books and got them before the promised date of arrival. It came with cute little bookmarks and a note. The condition of the books was excellent too. The app interface isn't the best but overall the experience was amazing

I ordered 3 books and received it before the date of receival promised..They also had a handmade note that "Welcomed me " which was kinda cute

It has been 3 days since I have placed my order and it hasn't even been dispatched yet, neither has anyone responded in the "contact us" section. Please improve your service.

I have ordered a book and done the payment through paytm but later I have cancelled the order a cancellation request has gone but it still haven't refunded my money and I have wrote my complain in contact us option but they are not responding its too frustrating

Deals are same as what you can get at other sites also, but the customer service is the worst I have seen in quite some time. Pathetic service.

I love this app n I'm thinking to place my first order..but the only problem is it gets stuck up many times while I'm using it n then I have to stop the app n start again..please fix it..I would appreciate it..

I am very disappointed with customer service. I had ordered 3 books n i cant track the order. I have already sent a message regarding the issue but i think bookchor customer support dont care about customer complain. I have complained on 16 september and till now they didnt reply.

Hello. I am not able to write or ask query in the contact us box.. Also there is no number where i could call.. so i had to write it here in the review section. My order of 773 rs came today. But one book of 139 was missing. ( i ve already paid it through paytm) please explain ..

This app doesn't have a good collection of. Not to speak of other languages like Hindi but they don't even have English classical. There wasn't a single book by toni Morrison who is a Nobel prize winner in literature. Worst collection I have ever seen
