Kallada Travels (Suresh)

Don't use Kallada travels... idiots. They are not returning the refund money. Whenever I call their head office they give a number which never attended. They think they are very clever by manipulating customers by these cheap tricks... Kallada travels very disappointed me

They cancelled the bus without informing us and that one we came to know at 11pm on the travel day that too when we visited their office. They said amount will be refunded till now we did not got our money back. My sincere suggestion guys please dont book the tickets in this travels you will never get to know whether the bus is cancelled. Where shall we go in night @ 11? what you think of your customers? They dont even respond if you call to their numbers they will tel wrong number.

Worst service ever seen. The seat lever was not working properly during my whole trip from Trivandrum to Bangalore, even the assistant don't have any idea and asked me to adjust. No TV, Low AC, No charging port and the rate was very high. Highly disappointed. Please don't go for kallada.

I have reserved bus but they r nt even called me while dey reached my boarding point n even they even nt refunded my money...

One of the waste travels in this world...never book tiket innthis travels waste of time they don't hav punctuality...they need only miney thats it...

Very very pathetic service.. Buses are in pathetic conditions and behaviour of the crew is below average. You ask anything, and they will reply 'I don't know'. Condition of seats are pathetic too.. Pushback not working properly and no seat belts for passengers of front row seats.. When asked, the manager replied 'none of our buses have seat belts', if u want, go and complain. Please don't use the services of these people..

They don't provide proper service. My bus to kannur was cancelled and they didn't even provided refund. I stood two hours in palakkad bus stand from morning 4. Plus during rain their buses leaks pathetic, don't opt to their services their manners are that of like bastards

Tried to book a tkt for tomorrow.. The amount got deducted and booking not made.. Nobody receiving call in customer care also.... Is this how u provide customer service? Awaiting your response.

Worst ever experience . They make us wait for bus for long time. Add minimum 6 hrs to the time they mention. Such is their punctuality. Go for some other travels

Walk if you have to, don't go with these guys. 2 of their busses broke down in one single journey and our bus was delayed by 6 hours. They made us wait at the bus stop and then the highway. Plus they shoved us out of the bus at 2.30 am in the night and put us all in another bus, where we had to stand with our luggage for half an hour. I could go on.
