Terribly designed app. Interface is ugly and looks like it came from 1998. Reserving, modifying, and cancelling resos is an excessively convoluted process - you have to click 5 buttons when it should only take 1. You cannot go backwards in the app, if you do it will close the app. I cannot believe respectable restaurants use this app instead of OpenTable.

Haha it simply doesn't work! What's the point? Guess no one's coming to my restaurant anymore. . . .

Needed app to book a reservation at an establishment, so ugly, slow, and glitchy. Try signing in with Facebook, then sign out and try to sign back in...and you'll see the white screen of death. Poorly coded for one device, and poorly coded for FB connect. No app should be that delayed when you click on the menu button or search. #fail as I always say.

This is by far the worst app I've ever downloaded on the app store. Hopefully restaurants change to opentable

Ça fait quelque fois que je dois m'en remettre à la version web parce que l'app est inutilisable. C'est bien dommage.

Made online reservation and resto didn't have our confirmation. Not sure how accurate and fast the information gets transferred to, something to improve

Needed to make a reservation and it did the job.

Not user friendly. Have to sign in every time use. Lags all the time. Hard to navigate. Waste of time using it. Don't know why restaurants are using this app. An extremely poor rip-off of Opentable app.

I don't know why so many restaurants in Calgary are switching over to this awful reservation platform: slow, buggy, you can't modify reservations easily, and it insists on thinking that I'm 6700 km away when I'm already in Calgary. THE WORST

Worked the first time but after that every time I start the app it just gives me the white screen and shows a circle turning and white screen and then back to the circle again. Never stopping. As if it is caught in a loop.

Does not really work. Can't connect to my account through Facebook

Seldom have I seen such a poorly written application, you can't even book a reservation with it (WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS APP IF NOT TO BOOK A RESERVATION??) can't invite others to it, can't add to Google calendar. Screen keeps clearing when anything is changed, this app just turns on the GPS and won't turn it off unless you go and Force Stop the app. This is absolutely the most HORRIBLE app I've ever seen on any platform, how do I give it a minus rating so others don't bother with this garbage?

On dirait que cette application à été désignée il y a 4 ans lorsque que Android en était à la version gingerbread. Gênant. On est loin de open table. Dommage que de plus en plus de restos à Québec abandonnent open table au profit de Bookenda.

Although offers online reservations mostly for restaurants and businesses in Québec Canada, I love it. It is easy to use and make reservations plus you can login with Twitter and Facebook which is convenient.

Produit qui manque de fini, frustrant à utiliser, très loin de la simplicité et de l'efficacité de concurrents comme OpenTable. Nécessite beaucoup trop de cliques pour faire une simple recherche de restaurants à proximité et ne respecte pas les règles de navigation Android (comme le bouton "back"). Les restaurateurs qui nous imposent Bookenda pour leurs réservations manquent de respect envers leurs clients.
