الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على من بعثه ربه رحمة للعالمين وعلى آله وصحبه الطيبين الطاهرين وعلى من تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين
فإنه لا يخفى على ذي لُبًّ وبصيرة ما جاء به الإسلام من تكريم المرأة وإعطائها حقوقها التي ظلت مفقودة قروناً متطاولة، فأكرمها أحسن تكريم، وأنزلها أحسن منزل، وجعل منها الأُسوة والقدوة، فهي الأم المستحقة للإحسان، والزوجة المستحقة للتكريم والبنت المستحقة للشفقة، وذات الرحم المستحقة للصلة.
ومن إكرام هذا الدين للمرأة أن بين لها أمر دينها، فلم يترك شأناً من شؤون حياتها إلا وبينه وأوضح حكمه، فالكتاب والسنة مليئان بما يخص المرأة من الأحكام، ومن هذا المنطلق كان لا بد على من انتسبَ إلى العلم الشرعي أن يحرص على بيان ما تحتاجه المرأة من أحكامِ دينها، لتعلم الواجب فتلتزمه وما هو منهي عنه فتجتنبه.
ولأجل تحقيق هذا الهدف النبيل والغاية المحمودة كانت فكرة هذا المشروع والتي تهدف إلى جمع فتاوى أهل العلم فيما يخص المرأة من الأحكام، فسعيتُ واجتهدتُ في تحصيل مادة مناسبة سهلة خالية من التعقيدات ومن التطويل، واقتصرت في الغالب على ما يخص المرأة من غير أن يشاركها الرجل وإن كانت هناك مسائل يشترك فيها الرجل والمرأة كمسائل الطهارة والنكاح. .

ثم إن عملي في هذه المادة كان مقتصراً على فتاوى علمائنا المعاصرين ومن أبرزها:
