i love that app but if they will be a way to lock your card and then unblock when you want to use it

Great app, really convenient and easy to use.

love it use it to transfer money and check my acount when ever i need too...

The application does every banking function I need. Whenever I have had questions I simply sent messages through the app and responses have happened within 24 hours. I still use this app.

I have not had any problems out of this app, it provides all the banking functions I need. Works great for me.

Very easy to navigate! I love that IT stays on top of issues as they arise and updates are quick to solve those issues.

Honestly I feel so much safer with this bank now that they have alerts every time a transaction happens. I get a text every time something happens with my account....f******* awesome

I have never had a problem with this app. Makes budgeting easy even on the go.

The app is at least functional, which is always good. As some others mentioned it does sometimes get a bit temperamental when doing mobile deposits. However it's quirks are as follows: 1) it doesn't obey your phones orientation lock. I.e. if you lock your phone in portrait mode, open the app, and turn your phone landscape, the app turns landscape. It shouldn't. 2) when your session times out and it logs you out, it pops up the login screen in front of whatever app you're using.

Update - mobile deposit still not working now. App crashes after taking photo of check. It's been months. Fix it already!

Decent app, but it would be better if it had the option of push alert for overdraft...unexpected issue occurred, could have been prevented.

Really good app

I love this app the second a charge shows up on my account I get a message on my phone with the amount shown. At a grocery store or restaurant the second they run my card it shows up on my phone. Just make sure you have alerts setup on your account.

Fix this.

The numbers are perfectly clear and the 4 corners of the check are perfectly lined up, yet it still won't process the deposit. Would also be nice to be able to manage my bank of Texas credit card with this app. Otherwise everything else works great.

Big disappointment when they upgraded because my old phone didn't work anymore (running Gingerbread). So I had to buy a new one, something I needed to do anyway. The upgrade for me works just like always--Great! Love being able to make deposits from home.The automatic picture snap is easy to turn off, as is auto flash.

This system seems unable to read account information even though it is clearly legible, even at the small size in the photo. It will take 10 or 12 photographs before the check will submit properly if ever. It takes longer to use the mobile app then it does to drive to the bank and make a deposit.

Easy to use

This app worked great for about 2 years, then they added automatic camera function that makes it nearly impossible to make mobile deposit. It took 2 hours and about 20 tries to get a single deposit made. I had to resort to an entirely black, matte background and perfect lighting. Even then, the camera function requires you to hold still for an uncomfortable.

Does not always update purchases or withdrawals! !

If the notifications would start working again I would be more satisfied.

The past few days the notification alerts stopped working. Can anything be done about this? I would rate 5 stars if the problem was fixed
