Bank of Oklahoma Mobile for Android
Was never able to use this app. Difficult to create account. Difficult to log on. After all that when all everything is to its liking always get "service unavailable" right after log on.
I have had four different high end smartphones and I've literally deposited hundreds of checks with this app. But NOT ONE SINGLE TIME HAS THIS "IMPROVED" APP TAKEN THE PICTURE AUTOMATICALLY! f I wait for the app to give up trying to take a picture, I can take a perfect blur free photo everytime. It's just irritating that I have to wait for the 'improved app' to try to take a picture which it fails to do every single time.
The mobile website works fine, but if I try to log into the app, I get a generic "service unavailable" message which has persisted for more than a month.
Please fix the app from opening itself every time your session times out. Also, a fingerprint login would be a nice feature.
After logging into the aap the balance is shown in sterling POUNDS instead of US DOLLARS !! PLEASE FIX IT
Not user friendly, please use chase application as a model
It just seems like this is the only bank that doesn't work with Samsung Pay or have fingerprint log in capabilities
Crashes when depositing checks
Up until a couple weeks ago it was working fine. Some trouble with the mobile deposit on occasion. Now constant maintenance and I can get mobile deposit to work maybe 10% of the time. System error. Crap. Please fix! Update. ...still an issue. Every time I try a deposit, ERROR, try, try again and finally it goes through.
I use the app almost exclusively for mobile deposit. The auto capture never works when trying to take a photo of the front and back of the check and I have to do it manually. Also I'll get error messages when trying to submit and must press the button multiple times. It used to work better so I have changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars.
I can't get my mobile deposits to go thru anymore. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. Its never been a problem. Now its been a pain having to leave work to go make a deposit. Please fix BOK
my wife was telling me how easy it was to just drive to the drive-thru and deposit a check in her bank. I Shrugged and showed her how quick I could make a deposit with my phone in my bank. after 45 minutes messing with it trying to make the deposit and a 20-minute phone call to BOK, I gave the check to my wife and told her to drive thru and deposit it in her account. the phone call was of no help, the app does not work.
Being disabled. I can't always drive. Who needs to. BOK app has always worked, perfectly.
I like to be able to use my finger print to sign n..n/a I would like to do money transfer out from my bank. Na..
Tired of this.....your a bank. This app should work all the time. I understand regular maintenance but this is ridiculous. I will close my account in a 2 week if not fixed. My girlfriend, friends, and family all have bok....were ready to switch. Sorry managing an app is to hard for you. Oh yeah and they tell you to use the atm when you goto the bank to make a deposit. You have become so lazy.
Live in seabrook tx now did not want to change banks had acct since2005.now all of a sudden can not get mobile deposit to work.have to attempt to drive 35 miles to bank of tx in houston. I am 82 have been getting radiation treatment can not do that .went google answer all security questions for mobile .i know no one is going to read or give a darn.but somebody should.
I like the app pretty well. I'd give it 5 stars, but that would it imply that it is perfect. Which it is not. Everything has its issues. But for the most part, this app works as it supposed to.
Does everything I think a banking app should do. Can't think of anything else missing. Great design also.

I had this rated 2 stars but took it down to one because Bank of Oklahoma's app is one of the worst apps I've ever used. I'd say my mobile deposits work 10% of the time I try using it and that's using either an iPhone or an Android. Doesn't seem to matter what phone I'm using. Laughable excuse for a bank and mobile banking application. Thanks for the consistency guys. I'll be finding a new bank soon enough.
To whomever this may concern: It is not at all possible to use the mobile deposit portion of this BOK banking app on my phone, and more than likely all other phones. For what I used to use this app for, this app is almost completely useless now. It is now not at all worth it for me having this app installed taking up so much space because of me having just 16GB of limited memory on my phone. Till now since I have had this app, this is the first time that I have not been able to use this BOK app on my phone.
The Mobile deposit function, after having tried repeatedly to use it, is a cruel joke. It works just enough to entice you to continue to try to use it. Two different top line phones over a period of years - cruel joke. Just sayin...
Used to work fine in previous versions, now processes and then gives error that it can't read account data. To make things worse, it doesn't say which image is problematic, the front or back. Totally unacceptable.
It spontaneously reopens on top of other open apps, intermittently interrupting for up to an hour after the app was closed. It's done this for a number of years. Prefer to keep it uninstalled unless making a mobile deposit.
I like the app and use it all the time but too often the camera for deposits can't seem to find the check.
This app reopens itself after closeing it, no matter what your doing it shuts down everything else, when I went to the bank and told them they pretty much called me a lier
Awesome app have had no problems since day one. They are very good at notifying ahead of time of anything.

The mobile deposit feature has recently started to never work - takes about 15 tries and an insane amount of buffering to actually deposit one check, if you have more than one forget about it
Ever since this last update, whenever I am on the log in screen it rotates upside down. I have turned off my screen rotation and have reinstalled it. Still having the same issue. I've tried turning my phone and the screen turns again. Do you have any idea how hard it is to type that way? Once I log in it's normal. Please help.
On my LG Stylo and my girlfriend's Tribute (Rizio) 2, mobile deposits CLOSE THE FREAKING APP. It's useless. And frustrating. That's the only thing that set the app apart from the website and it doesn't work.
Worked twice then stopped. Not happy. Horrible! I was hoping to use it because bank has moved all services to other side of town. Useless and inconvenient.
I first rated this app 5-stars in 2014, it hasn't changed.

Please feel free to get back with me if need be. First issue, after I close the app, if I don't actually clear it from my list of running applications about 1 minute after I leave the app it pops back up on the screen until I officially close the program. 2... Please for the love of God add biometric login. Thanks.
