Bank of Albuquerque Mobile

more than a year ago I really wanted you to make this app more secure by adding a fingerprint log in .. been available for iPhone for a long time. there is no excuse as to why this feature can not be added to Android

I loved the app but now that I try updating it will tell me it can not be updated so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it won't do that either, I'm very upset

From the start it easy to use. And has every thing i need for convenient banking.

Fix the mobile deposit.

Been with this bank for several years. Can't wait to switch. Where the app is concerned, half of the time I cannot log on to my account. After using the app it pops up randomly on my phone on its own unless I force close it. The bank charges me for checking. I'm supposed to have over draft protection but it turns out using that costs just about as much, and the company emails me continuously about customer satisfaction surveys. I have done them, no noticeable changes about what I rate poorly. So long BOA!

Terrible bank and awful app. Majority of the time I'm unable to login into the app and terrible customer service.

please add the fingerprint to log in like all IPhone users can do. Many banks do this now including Bank of America. it worked great when I banked with them. Security is very important to me especially on a mobile device. when will the fingerprint be added ? I know it has been on the IPhone version for a while now. thanks. there have been 2 updates and still not added as extra security

I sign in , take pic of first deposit, and the app goes back to the sign in page!

It works great !! I can access my 3 accounts in one place, make transfers and check my transactions daily, love it!

App is always unavailable. Sorry for the inconvenience is the most I get out of this! Pointless!

I've banked these idiots for nearly four years and each an every time I go in I have some sort of problem. Their atms never work properly and the employees have no idea what type of accounts they have. I will never bank with them again.

I really like the ease of the app and mobile deposit is very simple. I will give it 5 stars when you add the fingerprint login feature like you have for IPhone since it is a lot more secure.

On my previous phones, this app was not very good. Since I've changed to Samsung Galaxy S4 AND the bank FINALLY made the appropriate updates, this is now one of the best & most reliable apps I have. The mobile deposit function is absolutely amazing. Thanks for making this app awesome!!!

This new version does not work on Galaxy Express which is same as s3. Why fix what is not broke.

Since they updated the system that takes the picture of your check for deposit, this has run down hill and fast. Now, it takes the picture of the front, takes me back to the menu so I can do it again. Tried this at least 3 dozen times to deposit my check and nothing happens. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app per the customer service rep. STILL THE same. No change. Why, oh why, do people screw with something that was working fine in the first place? Fix it or lose business.

Been trying to do mobile deposit for a week now tells me that the app stopped working everytime. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and still wont work. Please fix it

I keep trying to use the mobile deposit app, but no matter how many times I try, the app tells me that the images do not meet requirements, and I can never complete a mobile deposit. It doesn't matter how many times I re-take the picture, it will fail to recognize the endorsement stamp, or fail to correctly read the front of the check. The other mobile banking app I have installed on the same device has not had the same issue. The only reason I wanted to use this app was for mobile deposit, so for me the app is utterly worthless.

Great app. Let's me do all I need to with out errors.

I used to be able to do mobile depsits..ever since getting the galaxy light, have not been able too! ..SO FRUSTRATING!

It stopped allowing mobile deposits recently. Crashed before it even got to the camera.

This new version works great. On Galaxy S4.

Hasn't worked since updating my device to Android 5.0

Just set up mobile banking on my Android phone and successfully deposited my first check. NO problems. I am looking forward to this feature of the app.

Samsung Galaxy Light - the option to scan checks foes work but once both sides are photographed, the submit button lead add to an error message. Had been this way for almost 2 months now. Please fix this immediately. Thanks

And for making transfers. But the Mobile Deposit is spotty at best. Most of the time I end up taking the checks to the bank because it always tells me the system is unavailable. Frustrating! What's the point of having it if it doesn't work?

Pretty reliable and accurate. Nothing I can compare to. On otherside, way more useful than anyother downloadable I have tried.

Does everything except ďeposit check after taking pics. Latest Android os 4.4.2. Galaxy s4. Still no help from online banking dept.
