In procesul Iluminarii exista o tendinta a energiilor sa se blocheze in corp si in minte, ceea ce uneori duce la depresie si la a uita despre ce este vorba.

Astfel, am creat aceste 44 de Notite din Trezire, distilate, in asa fel incat sa vina la tine in Momentul de Acum cu mesajul perfect. Ele vin sa-ti reaminteasca ca totul este in regula, orice se intampla in viata ta, sa-ti reaminteasca sa faci o respiratie adanca si doar sa dai voie, sa-ti reaminteasca de Tine si Tot Ceea Ce Esti.
