BluMobi for Android
I am still struggling to get the app working after more than a month.... this is not fair to the customers... p They never call back as promised over thr phone... please fix this issue...
Absolutely useless. Do not buy the device or try use this app it will not work and it will do a lot more damage to your business than good. I would recommend any of the competing devices

Too many problems from software logins to hardware

Software doesn't register me. All the people from standard Bank that supposed to get back to me, don't contact me. Moving to new bank, any suggestions for business banking guys?
Complete waste of data. time .Unless by a miracle its improved, or if it magically works for you I'm happy for you but for me its unsafe unreliable and uneducated
Can't even register myself via the app nor even find where I can register via my PC, a frustrating afternoon.

I've had this BluMobi machine for over a month now. The only time this software worked was when I was registering, it never worked after that. Resetted the password countless times on different devices to no avail.
This App still needs LOTS OF IMPROVEMENT.....most of the time its NOT WORKING......which is so frustrating!!!!!

Works 100% no issues
This seemed to be a promising app, but Standard Bank has not contacted me as promised. Not even after 3 phone calls to their call centre. Is this the service they, as bankers will provide to my clients?
I wish standard bank developers can learn from other banks on how to design useful, user friendly apps.

Used it once, was ok but when I tried it a few days later, it rejected both my userid and password. Unable to use the reset password as well. An embarrassment as my customers now have to pay cash
