Latin Phrases: Huge Collection

I've had this app for several years since the first time I took Latin, I love this to brush up now and then as well as to just read and think. 5/5 very good app

It's a very useful app for those who are interested to learn ancient languages but I wish I could learn how to pronounce the words. I hope the new update has that feature.

This is very good app as far as legal language concern. Also need to improve it in manner that what term developed by which case law so it is most helpful for the law students like me

It's fun to go through and read but, I would love to see more than just quotes, it would be more fun if there were vocabulary and spelling practices and flashcards for the quotes.

Great app. I only hope that you're one day able to add pronunciation to the app although I understand it must be very hard to do so

I like it, but a lot of latin phrases I've looked up aren't in there.

Running latin smack in Facebook. Really makes the trolls scratch their heads.

I would give it 5 stars if the app developers included a search feature. It's difficult otherwise to navigate through the list. Apart from that, it's an amazing app :)

A useful app bit crashes often. Also keep asking for a 5 star rating! A bit annoying.

An excellent collection of insightful, sometimes humorous and incisive Latin phrases that are applicable to daily life. I highly recommend this app.

Loved the simplicity and the functionality of the app. Great job. The only tiny improvisation would be to include certain well-known Latin phrases that curiously are not there yet.

I am studying for an Oxford Latin Scheme and this app gives me a really big help to learn new phrases 100% would reccomend to anyone who wishes to follow up in Latin

Pros: informative. Cons: crashes on startup every single time, could be a lot more streamlined and easier to use

Awesome app, everything is awesome about this, the quotes sre superb though you need to add a lot more.

Most of the phrases here are easy to remember and apply in reality. My favorite sayings come from this app. Well done.

Latin Phrases; this years-rusty classicist, now long in the tooth, disappeared for many hours into the Rome of his youth and found a (very few! ) of the old gears inculcated at Clifton College still turned if given a big shove! Very enjoyable, thank you kind developers! :-) wish you had an easy way to submit additional or new attributions/sources/citations, but enjoyed many of the amusing or direct and un-stuffy ones you do have, many thanks!

Would be nice if it worked properly, very slow and crashes when returning to last screen, and also when using shortcut menu - often nothing is displayed (blank screen). Also, it demands/nags to be rated too often. Taken together, even one star is too many.

This is a great little app to keep you familiar with some great Latin phrases. Not as balanced as I would like, but the search by letter feature is really good. If the list expands in the future a full search would be nice to see.

I recommend adding a category section. Have a string search algorithm that searches the words that correspond to the category so we can look them up. If it had that, then it would be a 5 star app as you included the info of each author which you can access offline. Freaking genius! Good work fellow programmer.

I also love how you put some of the uses and backgrounds for the phrases. Great app!!

Really splendid latin words easy to learn as well. But may i suggesting adding some help about how to pronounce them would really helpful especially those who're not familiar with latin

Latin is such an amazing language and this app shows you cool, common quotes from the past and stuff like that. Would be better if they'd let you create your own using Latin but oh well. Serves its purpose.

This application makes it easy to find Latin phrases and tag favorites for later viewing. Also, the design is aesthetically pleasing.

Classic, romantic language. Simple app with most every translation I enter.

Phrases are good. Could use a translator for languages which would enrich the depth of the app
