勞保局行動服務

勞動部勞工保險局現行提供民眾查閱有關個人勞保、就保、農保、勞退、國保等涉及個人基本資料之資訊，須以臨櫃辦理、致電查詢、書面申請、透過自然人憑證登入e化服務系統或使用勞動保障卡於ATM等方式查詢。為因應技術快速發展，秉持本局「服務、便民、效率、創新」的理念，提供民眾使用多元化設備查詢，乃推出以APP開發之勞保局行動服務。

一、在個人資料保護原則下，結合自然人憑證延伸認證機制建立『行動服務帳號』，行動服務提供之資訊內容涉及個人基本資料(例如：個人之投保資料)，民眾首次下載「勞保局行動服務」App後，須先使用自然人憑證建立『行動服務帳號』後，使用該帳號登入本服務，方可查詢個人資料相關服務。

(一)如何建立『行動服務帳號』
1.使用自然人憑證登入e化服務系統之個人網路申報及查詢作業，網址如下：
．https://edesk.bli.gov.tw/na/
2.建立帳號
．前往『行動服務帳號作業』→『建立服務帳號』
．點選同意「勞動部勞工保險局行動服務約定條款」
．輸入帳號基本資料，建立帳號
．帳號建立完成後，系統將依所填寫之電子郵件地址發送帳號啟用信
3.帳號啟用
．前往『行動服務帳號作業』→『帳號啟用』
．輸入於帳號啟用信取得之帳號啟用碼，啟用帳號
4.裝置認證
．啟用帳號後，前往『行動服務帳號作業』→『帳號資料異動』
．點選【產生裝置認證碼】，頁面顯示QR-Code及裝置認證碼
．開啟行動服務App之功能「認證裝置」，讀取QR-Code或輸入裝置認證碼，進行認證
5.登入行動服務
．輸入帳號及密碼，登入服務
