BktRemote used with one of the CAT Control CatBkt, IC706_BKT, IC7000BKT, IC7100BKT and BktRemoteServer (http://www.maniaradio.it) allows the use of the transceiver via WiFi.
Works with Icom, Yeasu, Kenwood, Drake, Ten-Tek and many others.
Since version 1.0.0 you can use Plumble (https://play.google.com/store/search?q=com.morlunk.mumbleclient) for streaming audio with a significant overall improvement.
Some Android devices do not support streaming audio.

First working allinone solution for my IC7000, also with 3G (2G is unusable). Needs knowelage how to setup firewals, routers etc, not for anyone. Cons is big audio delay for real TX operation, also with buffer on 8 (server) and delay on 1 (android), is big compared to Mumble solutions (but mumble knows only VOX). Memory may be stored in mobile with labels, actual is unusable for me.

There are no instructions how to configure and use application. Setup not obcious.

Worthless doesn't connected to anything. A complete waist of time. ERROr I have the windows program operating well on my radio. But this thing Must work on only a few cellphones who knows. Its instructions are luck and ............. nothing.
