In addition, users can easily access the addresses, phone numbers, and websites for each French Quarter merchant by using TourApp’s categories, which include “Shopping”, “Restaurants”, “Art Galleries”, “Night Life”, and many others.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and it either freezes while loading or will show the main menu for 2 seconds and then turn to black. Is this not a smartphone friendly app?
