About Secret - Better Passwords
Today, each one of us has many accounts and frankly, we use the same passwords all the time. When just one of these services gets hacked, this happens to be a big problem, suddenly the attacker has access to all of our accounts!
The solution seems simple... just take different passwords? Right?
Sure, if you can remember the 20 or more passwords. We for sure can’t.
That’s why this app exists. Three numbers to access your personal password generator. You key in the service you need: Google, Facebook or whatever and a password will show up.
Some insight into the application: no passwords are stored, so even if someone hacks your phone, your passwords are save. How? Internally we use an algorithm which generates, every time you ask, the password based on your login key, the service itself and another secret number.
The downside? You absolutely have to remember your three numbers, your fucked without them. Also, the other secret number, you have to store it as well. This is very important! If you lose either of those and happen to lose your phone as well (or the screen breaks, water comes in or all the other horrible things) all your passwords are lost. So you best put them with the pictures from where you were young or something else which is secret but you won’t lose for sure.
Since we don’t store your login key we also can’t tell you if your key is correct or not. So you’ll always see generated passwords, of course, different ones then the ones you see with your code.
Based on that, we thought it could be somewhat bad if you mistype the login. So we invent the magic number. Your login is consists of the three numbers and one additional number, which is generated based on the three numbers. There’s still the chance of login with wrong numbers but it should prevent all accidental typos.
DISCLAIMER We can’t help you if you lose your three login numbers or your restore number. Also, this App only prevents a certain kind of attack. The risk of getting hacked still exists, it just lessens the effect on your other accounts.

when do you get to use it? where/what do you get to use it in? Do any apps get it to pop-up?, at any time?, ever?
