Mit Sales Admin™ haben Sie ihre Verkaufszahlen, Fragebogen und Berichte immer in Ihrer Hosentasche. Die App ist extrem leicht zu bedienen – alles was sie dazu brauchen ist die Master Excel Datei und Internetverbindung. Sie brauchen keine komplizierte Software und riesige IT-Infrastruktur.

Mit ein paar Klicks können Sie unterschiedlichen Daten in mehreren geografischen Gebieten über die App abfragen und auf Ihrem Notebook oder Desktop PC auswerten. Damit alles problemlos funktioniert, sollten Sie die Fragenstruktur (Spalte C Type Nr. in der Masterdatei) nicht ändern.

Unser Produkt kann man in den folgenden Bereichen einsetzen:
- Promotion
- Merchandising
- Lagerverwaltung
- Umfragen/ Ausfühlen von Fragebogen
- Sammeln von Daten jeder Art

Wie die App funktioniert:
1. Die Masterdatei (Excel) kostenlos anfordern info@salesadmin.biz – sie beinhaltet die folgenden Arbeitsblätter:
- Sales - Hier sind die im Markt verfügbaren Produkte angelegt und jeder Promotor/ Außendienst kann die Verkaufszahlen anlegen. Kann vom User und Admin editiert werden.
- Stock - ist die Verfügbarkeit im Markt. Kann von User und Admin editiert werden.
- Questions - in diesem Blatt werden die Fragen für Promotor/ Außendienst angelegt und kann nur vom Admin editiert werden. Man kann unendlich viele Fragen anlegen (je nach Excel Version)
- Shops - hier kann der Admin zahlreiche Märkte anlegen (je nach Excel Version) mit Straße und Hausnummer, Stadt und PLZ anlegen.
2. Questions – Im Arbeitsblatt „Questions“ sind die folgenden Kategorien eingebaut:
- Kategorie 1 - Zahl: Die Antwort der ersten Kategorie soll eine Zahl sein. Der Admin kann die Kategorie benennen und Promotor/ Außendienst kann die Anzahl eingeben und speichern
- Kategorie 2 - Text: Hier kann man einen freien Text schreiben und in Bericht speichern. Von Admin anzulegen und von Promotor/ Außendienst auszufüllen.
- Kategorie 3 - Dezimal: In dieser Kategorie kann man z.B. einen Gesamtpreis oder einen Gesamtumsatz eingeben
- Kategorie 4 – Prozent: Fragen, die als Antwort die Eingabe von Prozente verlangen, sollen in dieser Kategorie gespeichert werden.
- Kategorie 5 - Ja/Nein: Einfache Fragen, die man eindeutig mit „ja“ oder „nein“ beantworten kann.
- Kategorie 6 - Schulnotensystem: Hier kann man z.B. bestimmte Aktivitäten nach dem Schulnotensystem bewerten – 1 ist Top und 5 ist Flop.
- Kategorie 7 – Maßstab: Hier hat man die drei Antworten schon angelegt – viel, mittel und wenig.
3. Nachdem die App installiert ist, soll man auf die Excel Datei klicken (in diesem Fall wird die Excel Datei per E-Mail verschickt), um die Datei zu downloaden. Sobald die Datei auf dem Smartphone ist, soll man auf sie erneut klicken. (Vom Android Version abhängig – kann auch automatisch gestartet werden, ohne zusätzliches Klicken)
4. Die App fragt den User ob die gewünschte Tabelle importiert werden soll. Falls die ausgewählte Datei auch die aktuellste ist bitte auf ok klicken.
5. Die App startet automatisch das Menü „Liste“
6. Der User soll zuerst eine Kategorie auswählen und danach einen Markt. Die Excel Datei wird automatisch in die App überspielt.
7. Nachdem der User den jeweiligen Fragebogen für den relevanten Markt vollständig ausgefüllt hat, wird dieser mit allen Antworten automatisch im Menü Bericht gespeichert.
8. Bevor der User den Bericht sendet, hat er noch einmal die Möglichkeit seine Angaben zu kontrollieren und falls notwendig diese zu editieren, wenn er auf das „Mistkübel“ Symbol klickt.
9. Wenn die Daten richtig gespeichert sind, kann der User auf den Export Button klicken. Dadurch wird das E-Mail Programm vom Smartphone gestartet und der User kann seinem. Teamleiter/ Promotionsleiter die aktuellsten Daten aus dem jeweiligen Markt schicken.

How the app works:
1 The master file (Excel) Request free info@salesadmin.biz - it contains the following worksheets:

- Questions - on this sheet the questions for promoter / sales are created and can only be edited by the admin. You can create an infinite number of questions (depending on the Excel version)
- Shops - here the admin can create a number of markets (depending on the version of Excel) Create with street and number, city and zip code.
2 Questions - In the worksheet "Questions", the following categories are built:
- Category 1 - Tails: The answer to the first category should be a number. The admin can rename the category and promoter / sales force can enter the number and save
- Category 2 - Text: Here you can write a free text and save it to report. By admin to create and fill of promoter / sales.
- Category 3 - Decimal: In this category you can for example enter a total price or total sales
- Category 4 - percent: questions that require in response to input percentages are to be stored in this category.
- Category 5 - Yes / No: Simple questions that one can clearly answer "yes" or "no."

3 Once the app is installed, you should click on the Excel file (in this case, the Excel file sent by e-mail) to download the file. Once the file is on the smartphone, should you click again on it. (Depends on the Android version - can also be started automatically, without additional clicks)
4 The app asks the user whether the table you want to import. If the selected file is also the latest please click on ok.
5 The app automatically starts the menu "list"
6 The user should first select a category and then a market. The Excel file is automatically copied into the app.
7 After the user has the relevant questionnaire for the relevant market completely filled, it is automatically stored with all the answers from the Report menu.
8 Before the user sends the report, he has another opportunity to control his information and if necessary to edit them when they click on the symbol "dustbin".
9 If the data is stored correctly, the user can click on the Export button. Thus, the e-mail program is started from the smartphone and the user can his. Team Leader / promotion manager will send the latest data from the relevant market.
