แอพพลิเคชั่น Check in CMU เป็นระบบที่ออกแบบและพัฒนาเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกด้านติดตามข่าวสาร การเดินทางไปยังสถานที่ต่างๆ ในมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ประกอบด้วยฟังก์ชั่นหลักดังนี้
1.มีการอัพเดทข่าวสารจากทางกองพัฒนานักศึกษาตลอดเวลา
2.แผนที่แสดงสถานที่ที่สำคัญในมหาวิทยาลัย
3.นำทางผู้ใช้จากตำแหน่งปัจจุบันไปยังสถานที่ต่างๆ
4.สามารถลงทะเบียนเรียน,ค้นหาวิชาที่เปิดสอนได้
5.แสดงเส้นทางการเดินรถของ ขส.มช.
6.ข้อมูลสำหรับนักศึกษาใหม่ที่ควรรู้ เช่น ประวัติมหาวิทยาลัย, การลงทะเบียนเรียน, เบอร์โทรของสำนักงานต่างๆ
ซึ่งจะแสดงผลเป็นภาษาไทย เหมาะสำหรับนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ชั้นปีที่ 1, ผู้ปกครอง และบุคคลทั่วไป ที่ต้องการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นนี้ Apps Check in CMU application is designed and developed to facilitate the tracking information.
