The Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM) is a regional municipality consisting of the former city of Sydney, the towns of Glace Bay, Sydney Mines, New Waterford, North Sydney, Dominion and Louisbourg, and the surrounding communities of Cape Breton County. It is located at the north-eastern tip of Nova Scotia on the east coast of Canada. The CBRM has a strong history which includes steel making, coal mining, and fishing.
