SOSS is an Practical Business & soft Skills School. Through our customized training programs, we help Job seeker, Employee and Employer to develop 'people capabilities' to meet their Personal and Business Objective. In partnership with our clients, we design and deliver programs that bring tremendous growth & change amongst manpower while constantly keeping an eye on the personal as well as organizational goals. Our job as a training school is to help our clients to execute its strategy over short, medium and long term.

SOSS is the brainchild of Mr. Sushildatta Shinde , incepted on 26th May 2008 as Practical Business and Persona Development School along with Mrs. Ujjwal Shinde as a Co-Founder. SOSS development was born out of our own experiences of attending corporate trainings and workshops. There were two kinds of programs that we went through. One was the really Boring kind where it was a challenge staying awake. Where the Trainers went on and on about some theoretical concepts which frankly didn’t apply to our work lives. The other was where we just played a Bunch of games and then the trainer forced to fit a message after every game which was supposed to relate to our work place. Both these approaches made training actually worse than working.
We realized that neither one of these approaches worked.

That Effective, Professional and Practical learning needs to happen differently. If Training is fundamental to a professional’s development and progress, why can’t it be made more interesting? Our Modules and Programs which are really Fun and yet have a real learning element to them. Where the participants actually took back something they could start implementing the next day at work. Not just nice looking presentations and Entreating Coaches .

SOSS is endowed with intensely talented and passionate Trainers and Coaches who bring with them, their rich experience of Practical Approach mindset. Internally SOSS is like a ‘Training Academy ‘ that constantly nurtures, certifies and upgrades all its employees, including Trainers for creating unique experience & visible business results for its customers.

The USP of SOSS is its insights into Participants mind & focus on driving implementation so that knowledge does not remain as knowledge but finds a Practical application in the Participant context with visible results.
Our attempt through our workshops is to help you WORK PERFECT. First, we simplify stuff for you. Cut out the complicated charts, jargons, etc and keep the content rooted in reality. We’re not going to talk about stuff that most people sitting in the room think is impossible to achieve. We’re not going to paint idealistic pictures about your concern areas. We’ll help you find solutions. Explore possibilities. Think. Learn from Each Other. And while we’re there, we’ll ensure that people are having fun.

SOSS has its headquarter in Pune and is operational in Mumbai, Aurangabad, Nasik, and Nagpur. SOSS has expansion plan into more cities of Maharashtra by the end of 2018.

We honestly don’t think we get it perfectly right either. Our feedback forms seem to suggest we do, but we know for sure that there is a better way. And we are constantly looking for those better ways to help people Work Better.
