Androidスマホ用アプリ『民法ゼミ①総則』の紹介です。



このアプリは、仕事等の為に民法を少し勉強してみようと思う方や法学部生、宅建（宅地建物取引主任者）試験・公務員試験・行政書士試験・司法書士試験・司法試験等の資格試験受験生を対象として想定したアプリです。



民法総則のツマラナイ条文を可愛い声で読み上げてもらって、解説してもらおう！というのが、このアプリのコンセプトです。



[法律学を勉強したことがない方へ]



企業も個人もお金をどこかから得なければ、やっていけませんよね。企業は、お金をくるくる回して利益を生み出すための装置ですし、人はお金なしには生きていけませんから。

そして、お金を得る場合も、払う場合も、大半は何らかの契約に基づいています。

この契約というものをより深く知る為には、民法の理解が必須なのです。

つまり、（企業や他人と取引する）社会人さんにとって民法を理解することは、不可欠なのです。

その民法について、（特に初級は、）なるべく例えを多くして、解説してみました。

今回の「民法ゼミ①総則」でいえば、相手方が錯誤に陥った場合の規定、相手方が詐欺をしてきた場合の規定や、代理によって取引をするときの規定の理解は、社会人であれば、必須と言っていいはずです。

民法総則は、おそらく手厚く勉強されている分野ですよね？

民法の中で一番最初に勉強するところですし、法学部生の方は授業で、資格試験受験生の方は予備校で、特に丁寧に解説を受けた分野でしょう。

ですので、私はこのアプリが皆さんの民法総則の基幹部分の理解に何か付け足せるものがあるとはあまり考えていません。

（もちろん、あまり勉強されてない方であれば、当然得るものは大きいはずです）

それより、「択一対策」、「条文を見るハードルを低くすること」がこのアプリのアピールポイントです。

94条や110条等は何度も見たけど、制限行為能力者の条文を丁寧に見たことのない方は、是非このアプリをインストールしてみてください。きっと役に立つはずです。
