Spaghettini

In the 26 years since the debut of Spaghettini in Seal Beach, California, the restaurant and performance lounge has become a favorite destination for exceptional cuisine and legendary music — to the tune of 170,000 happy patrons a year. Despite the success of the original Spaghettini, restaurateurs Cary Hardwick and Laurie Sisneros had always envisioned something more. The thought of a Spaghettini sequel — one located in LA — had always been a faraway dream of theirs.

In 2001, as fate would have it, that dream began to come into focus. The years that followed constituted a span of time that can only be described as pure serendipity or divine intervention. Cary and Laurie had enjoyed a long-term relationship with Dave Koz through 94.7 The Wave. Back in 2001, they began to discuss their dream of partnering together on a restaurant.

With the seed now firmly planted, along come Glen and Debbie Bickerstaff — long-time Spaghettini customers and hands-on philanthropists. The Bickerstaff
