Cerita Anak Pulau

Cerita Anak Pulau adalah inisiatif kreatif kehidupan kami, anak-anak di pulau-pulau Indonesia Timur, yang berjuang untuk berdaya pulih di tengah dampak perubahan lingkungan dan sosial yang pesat.

Inisiasi Cerita Anak Pulau dimulai di Pulau Kei Besar, Maluku Tenggara, bersama sesama teman-teman kami, kelompok anak-anak muda yang mempunyai cita-cita untuk menjadi katalis dan berdampak pada keluarga, lingkungan, dan generasi kami.

Kisah-kisah dalam Cerita Anak Pulau adalah kisah nyata dari pengalaman kami. Kami tuturkan dan tulis langsung, dan kami sajikan dalam bentuk gambar, ilustrasi dan cerita. Disampaikan dengan cinta kepada seluruh anak di pelosok dan kota-kota besar Indonesia -dan bahkan dunia- untuk saling berbagi nilai-nilai kehidupan yang kami pelajari sebagai penduduk provinsi seribu pulau.

Kami berharap kisah-kisah kami bisa menginspirasi teman-teman untuk selalu berpikir positif akan kehidupan dan percaya bahwa di dalam diri kita masing-masing -walaupun kita muda- terdapat investasi besar yang telah Tuhan anugerahkan untuk dapat kita bagikan bagi kebaikan manusia, mahluk hidup, dan seluruh alam.

Cerita Anak Pulau is a creative initiative by us, the children who lives in the islands of eastern Indonesia, who strive to create resilience in the present day of rapid social and environmental changes.

This initiative was started in Kei Besar island, Southeast Maluku, together with our fellow friends, a group of youths who aspire to be catalysts in the nation, with positive impacts to our families, community, and generation.

The stories in Cerita Anak Pulau are all true life experiences. Directly told and written by us. We present them with pictures and illustrations in a storybook format. We send this books out with love to all the children in Indonesia and even to the world, whether you live in a village or big city, so that you can see the life values and testimonies that we have acquired as the people of the province of a thousand islands.

We hope that our stories will inspire you to always to think positively in life and believe that within each of us -though we are young- God has bestowed large gifts on us so we can share goodness with other human beings and with all nature. Island Children's stories is a creative initiative of our lives, the children in the islands of eastern Indonesia, which is struggling to recover power in the middle of the environmental and social impact of the changes rapidly.
