Bible Lexicon: Bible Study

This is the best app I've found for studying the text of Scripture in the original languages. Other apps allow you to read in Hebrew or Greek, but this app allows you to search in the original languages too! The lexicons are not as good as having the physical BDB and BDAG (the lexical entries are not as full as the physical books) but they are excellent for use on the go. Really love this app!

It will not allow me to select a Bible. The window that says to do so comes up blank. I have had this app before and really liked it, but it's not much good if you can't access the Bible via the app. Please fix, and it's an easy 4 or 5 stars.

I can't get the vocabulary creator to work. It tells me to download a Greek a Hebrew Bible even though I have already downloaded the Aleppo, Stuttgart, Byzantine, TR, and LXX texts. I've downloaded your Greek app, but would like to learn Hebrew words too.

This is just a very COMPLETE study resource! It's HUGE on content for cross reference. It uses Thayer, Mounce, Strong (my favorite), and several other lexicon and concordances. It allows you to read the Greek, for instance, and then touch a word and study just that word, with lexicon or concordance. Wow. I own a few Koine Greek books, some of them rare and expensive, and this app is totally worth it. And it's FREE! And it's not filled with irksome ads and stuff, just super nice once you start playing with it. You discover how useful and complete it is. My one-stop shop for biblical study.

I really like this app. It's been a bit confusing to understand how it works, but once I figured it out, it has been so helpful. In just the short time I've had it, I've learned so much. I can't say I've read many chapters since, only because there are so many study tools available for each word, but what I have read, I understand so much more than simply reading without study helps. It's essential to know what the original word was meant to be and mean before translation and this app let's you learn that. Thanks so much!

I've kept a shrewd eye open for useful apps from the beginning. This app is absolutely my favorite. Multiple translations are available in addition to the Hebrew & Greek concordances. A multitude of options have also been incorporated. I'm very grateful for the serious effort that the developer invested into this irreplaceable tool! God bless.

I find this so good for in-depth study of nuances in each verse or word. Revelation has often come to me this way.

The must have app. Once Dead Sea Scrolls, Josephus, Shem Tav Matthew and pictoglyphic hebrew artifacts are included, then five starsball the way.

Won't open a bible. List is empty. Not much use if you can't read the Bible!

Best phone app I have found for serious original language theological study. Wish I had this when I was in seminary years ago.

Why you changed hebrew and greek fonts former fonts better

Best Bible app I've ever used so far!

(Update: it still wont work...4-26-16) It downloaded and opened once. Now I try and open it and it goes right back to the my home screen! Would love to add this app to my collection of biblical study tools. It will not work for some reason. I uninstalled it 3 or 4 times. Still does not work. Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Choosing a folder in settings on external card only gives an error of insufficient storage space, i.e. not being able to save to anything else but internal storage.

I always wanted an app like this. Useful tool to study and analyse God's word. Your hard work is much appreciated. UPDATE: Since last update Hebrew characters changed to more modern. I know, it is a matter of taste, but could you change it back, please? Or, could you include the option for us to switch it, please?

Have not been able to use the app since I downloaded it again. Cannot see the bibles I downloaded keeps coming up with error message.

Finally back to work. I live this app. It used to have some issues since few months ago, but looks like it was corrected.

What a range of resources for studying Scripture text. Basic library has most essential resources to study and interpret God's Word.

I cannot find a Hebrew word definition for a word in the Old Testament in a specific verse. Very disappointing. Instead I'm sent all around the Bible for one word.

application stopped while trying to add new group on a bookmark

It's requesting a module download which I tried to download but it was giving me error

BDB and BHS all on my phone to use in my Hebrew classes at seminary. Priceless!

I have installed uninstalled and reinstalled this app three times. It is not working. It promises so much but delivers nothing.
