MyExpensesOnline (Beta)

This app does not works the same on all platforms. When the claim limit is exceeded even by £1 on iphone and PC it flags it up, allows you to go forward and it is down to your manager to approve it, I do this often on PC. However on Android it just won t go forward and you cannot add the claim line. Please fix asap

Crashes everytime I hit the + sign so unable to submit any expenses on my Samsung S5

Installed for work purposes but it have never loaded my information even though I've deleted it and installed it again

The category won't add when I select it from the list available. Also the vat won't calculate.

I was hoping to be able to track journeys with this app. The system doesn't show me any previously submitted information and it does not allow for tracking mileage claims which to me is a vital part of me using this system on a monthly basis.

Put through claim lines and sent, disappeared. Checked on the main website and they were also not showing. This has been a 'beta' for about a year with no improvements. Update 26/11/14 gave this another chance and it deleted my expense claim and the support team could not find it. Stick to the website

Whats the point of having a beta version if it doesnt even work at all. When refreshing it crashes at 63%. You have said various times since early last year the app will be updated. When is this happening?

I'm a bit worried that it is was so easy and simple. I've only submitted one receipt for parking and created in draft about 10 others but I'm waiting to see if it has worked before submitting any more. Compared to the website it's a lot easier. Claim took seconds to create and once submitted appeared on the website as awaiting manager's approval. If it works I'll upgrade my four stars to five. Only one glitch, when it first loaded it asked to download settings, I wasn't on wifi but it allowed me to start downloading. Got to about 60% (downloading coding stage) and crashed. I tried a few times then moved on. The app seems to be working though. It would be good if the app could show the claim waiting for manager approval so you don't lose track of what you've submitted but delighted so far.

cant see any claims that is already there, is your development team there, because you have told on feb 28 that it has been passed to your team, but so far nothing has happened. make it work, or take it off.

I cannot view any of my old claims and there is no mileage categories available to me to make any new claims. This app is useless to me at present.

Until the saved drafts can be pulled up and added to then I can't really use this app, as much as I really want to. I think that if this was added then the app would be great and I would give it a LOT more stars.

A more efficient way of claiming my expenses! Would like to see the option to claim my mileage on the go as the development of the app progresses. I look forward to see how the companion app turns out and will continue to test the app as I go about claiming my expenses. There are some bugs to iron out, which is kinda expected with any app/software in it's early stages.

It would be better if you could view claims already created in the website and add additional lines to that. I create one claim per month that I add extra lines to for each journey travelled.
