More improvements are to be made like there is no clear procedure for doing parnayam , benefits and the most important cautions are to be made specially for example bhastrika for sinus patient must not perform without yoga doctor permission etc. And there should other indications must be mentioned. A lot of improvement is to be made. There are no videos. Thanks when will you update???
