Ooooh my god can't you give the correct waiting time! Some lines are fine but line 79 for example is a nightmare! I just got my 3min waiting turn into a 15! Wtf!!! This sucks and pisses me off big time And way too often you dont even have the waiting time And it crashes all the time

If you've downloaded this app with the hope to plan a journey to tell how to get from A to B, you can't. You can't top up your MOBIB card either. Even the news section informing passengers about the never ending diversions has been taken away on this newest version.

This is so far the worst App for public transportation! The schedule time and the real time are never correct! Not trustworthy at all! My advice : use Google Maps to calculate the schedule time of arrival of the bus more accurate!

This app is soo stupid. The bus times are never right. So becausr of that I'm always late to school. Now its even more sensible to get the bus stop that to read and plan your days with this outdated nonsense!

Real time doesn't work very well sometimes! :-( but I'm not sure it is because of the app...

This app is lacking important features such as not being able to plan a trip from A to B. It is also slow and takes forever to locate your position via GPS. Last update was in 2012 which may explain a lot ☺️

No trip planner ability! What is wrong with the people who put together an app like this???

N importe quoi pour les temps d attente, pas fiable, a l image de la stib dans son ensemble.

It looks like it slows down the phone. After disabling the STIB Service, the phone is responsive again. Watch out, users!

This is a simple app, which is one of its strengths. Annoyingly though, it often crashes when you have it open, lock your phone, then unlock again. I.e. if I check when my tram departs as I leave the house, put my phone in my pocket, then want to check again when I'm halfway to the station, often the app will crash and I have to navigate to the page again.

I am a regular STIB user and I often plan my trips in advance so I find it disappointing that it's impossible to find an itinerary in the app. If you do not know which line or stop will get you to point B, you cannot do much with the app.

This app is ridiculous! You can't search your itinerary to go from A to B and you can't even see the lines in a map like the one on the STIB website. Thank god there's Google maps, we're all better and quicker served with that.

You can't ask it how to get from one place to another. You can't ask it for a timetable. You can't buy a ticket. You can see where the trains, busses and trams are on the line, but you can't see where or what the lines are. May be minimally useful if you have memorised a map of Brussels.

I love this app. It is accurate and easy to use. Excellent to plan your movement within Brussels with real time feedback on locations of the different public transport vehicles, be it bus, tram or metro.

..it is not reliable most of the time as the transport service itself,Stib should work on improving all services overal because for the price we pay we deserve it.

I was surprised to see that the app was using more mobile data than my Google Chrome! Maybe it uses the network even when in the background and it is not currently used.

I can't believe the app has no function to plan a trip from one station to another.

Far from perfect.

It only shows timetables in real time so when you want to organise your trip in advance, you can't. Why can't the timetable be up for any day of the week???????

It's Sunday and you want the schedule for Monday? Look somewhere else...

It does the job. Why it has to be active in the background is another matter. But for a local travel app it is reliable and looks good too.

Too easy and simple better than de lijn

Useless as it never gives you the good timetable and that there is no way to find an itinerary...

As widget or shortcut

Rubbish, won't update live data, horribly rude staff (not all but enough of them to make travelling unpleasant ). Unfortunately a necessary evil.

When you have chosen a station and want to go back to solect another one from the same line it goes all the way back :(

Good design, acurate and fast.

There are no details about lines only realtime, at what time the service start at what time it stops? No offline support. Just a very primitive app unfortunately...

However, include -at least- the metro plan.

Dennis it does.. click on one of the bus lines then click the "maps" section. That should do it.

1) there are no transit per line visible. only per Stop. It would be better if every transit is visible per stop per line. Instead of selecting one line then selecting a stop... 2) were is the entire map of the mivb/stib?

Gives no useful information whatsoever. Reverted to Google Maps which made navigation with public transport a piece of cake.

Améliorer l'application STIB? Non, créer time jump.

People who wants to know how to go from point A to B will be very disappointed. Usability is also very poor. Who did the app? Did he listen to the voice of customer? Probably not...
