As many people said, it is a bad app. Doesn'twork when needed. It tells me I'm not connected to internet while other apps aren't having this issue. Also having a message: «Alert Request failed: Error». Can't see the amount on my card. The design is cheap and doesn't look good or professional. Everyone with very few knowledge could do even better than this app. Terrible. Maybe it's time for you to read what people think about your app. It sure would be interesting !

Super bad app, "news" (adds) shows first and you need to click it away to view your saldo. Not user-friendly! Sodexo app is much better!

Doesn't do what I want it to do. I don't get locations anymore, only errors. Map on the website doesn't work either so I have no idea where to use my card. Absolutely worthless service!!!!

Not user friendly and very bad design. It takes like 2 seconds for the app to start up and for the home screen to appear, but then I have to wait another second before the button "Mijn Saldo" appears so I can click it, and wait while the app shows a loading screen (again!) to finally see my remaining credit. This is the ONLY feature of your app and it's hidden behind 2 loading screens and a misteriously appearing button... The design is clearly made by some "develop once deploy everywhere" software like phonegap. It does not adhere to any of the Android standars, which make apps user friendly (like the default "menu" button we all know and love)... If I had an alternative to see my remaining credit, I would immediately uninstall this app! TLDR: worst app ever with a very ugly UI

The location finder doesn't work!! Toublesome as would be very useful to see where to use the sports and culture vouchers and eco cheques. Usefulness limited to checking account balance :( poor service unfortunately

Downloaded the app to see where I can spend my gift cheques but it won't let me search for anything, including simply putting in my city or postal code. What's the purpose of the app if it doesn't even function?

Jammer dat de laatste opgevraagde saldi niet meer zichtbaar zijn als er geen internetverbinding beschikbaar is. Het zou leuk zijn als dat zou kunnen ipv een rare foutmelding. Gewoon het tijdstip van wanneer de saldi zijn en eventuuel een melding dat deze mogelijk niet up to date zijn.

Lijkt wel een app uit 2001. Niet afgewerkt. Vol visuele bugs. Geeft weinig vertrouwen. Kan veel beter!

Nieuwsitems overlappen knop om saldo te checken. Heel irritant.

The main feature, ie the amount remaining on my Ticket Restaurant card, is hidden in the parameter menu and the info is displayed in a terrible font. Never seen such a bad design. The others features are totally useless. => app uninstalled after a few minutes. Furthermore, there is no security at all. Anybody that know my card ID can get the info !

Wat is dit voor een vreselijke app? @ makers, check de concurrentie, bv overzichtelijke en mooie app van Sodexo

Na de update is opstarten nog chaotischer. Nog altijd 3/4 scherm om uw kaart te tonen en overzicht nog steeds maar 1/4. Is dat nu zo moeilijk om te fixen?

Ik raak niet verder dan het blauw scherm taalkeuze/choix de langue. Er kan op niks geklikt worden.

I would expect an app like this to allow e-payments from your phone instead of just showing you the balance on your card... rather useless unless you want to check your balance, in fact the only feature provided by this app

Old and bad lay out. Looks very cheap. But does what it has to.

Werkt niet op tablet met Android 4.x wanneer je de standard browser gebruikt. De home knop overlapt 1/3 van het scherm waardoor functies niet toegankelijk zijn.

Card image gets in the way of actually seeing the transactions. The pop-up spam on the home screen is also annoying. But at least it works.

Onbruilbaar op tablet in landscape vanwege knop saldo volledig bedekt door happy happy joy joy tierlantijtjesfoto die nergens op slaat of toe dient. In portrait gaat het nipt omdat ik weet dat de knop die net zichtbaar is de juiste is om aan het saldo te geraken. Op mijn telefoon werkt het gelukkig afdoende om semi-vlot mijn salto te zien. Er zijn 4 zaken die vlot op deze app zouden moeten kunnen: kaarten toevoegen en configureren, saldo raadplegen, promo's bekijken en het aanvaardingsnetwerk raadpegen. Dat gaat ook wel allemaal zolang je het geluk hebt dat de onzinnige interface correct wordt weergegeven op jou toestel. Back to the drawingboard!
