Voyages-sncf UK for Android
Doesn't import "e-tickets" bought on the French SNCF website, and for some bizarre reason the main app is not available to UK users, making it necessary to print your tickets or try your luck with the ticket inspector. The old app worked fine.
I was forced to Install the UK version on my phone and that version doesn't recognize bookings done on the main Oui Sncf French website when the old app worked flawlessly. Waste of time!!! How difficult would it be to give me my eticket in the same email as the ticket confirmation instead of wasting my patience and time?!?!?
I found it worked for me whereas the sncf app did not work. I managed to book a TGV ticket from Lyon to Paris using this app whilst in Italy and everything worked flawlessly. The sncf app told me I could not purchase it because I was not in France basically.
It erroneously says that train tickets are not available for booking for the dates given, even though tickets for the same train can be booked online.
Doesn't work. Impossible to import a ticket. Need to do it the old fashion way with a printer... :(
Tried to input my booking details to retrieve an e.ticket. app didn't work. Don't try this app.

When we try to access my mobile tickets they don't load at all. Rubbish. Best to stick to paper tickets.
Doesn't import tickets booked on SNCF web site. Is therefore useless.
We made 2 bookings using this app. One said they had to post is the tickets as this was the only option (in 2016!) and the tickets never arrived. We had to buy new tickets at the station. The 2nd booking was an "e-ticket" with instructions to collect at the station. The machine didn't accept our reference. We went to the office and were told we needed to print our "e-tickets" at home and could not do it at the station. Grr! That is not an "e" ticket! Unless using TGV just get your tickets at the station.
It seems unnecessarily complicated to have a UK app and a French app. I am used to booking on the French website of voyage sncf (with a euro card) but had to book my train from Barcelona on the UK website as I had a card in gbp. The system to recover the tickets has always been a pain with voyage sncf but I was surprised I could not access my booking from the general website. An integration of the UK booking system into voyage sncf's general booking platform/app is really needed.
Booked some tickets simply and quickly.
Journeys available to book on the website are not available through the App; App fails to load reservations booked online, even with correct booking reference and email address; search function requires you to know exact name assigned by sncf, eg Les Arcs, rather than Les Arcs-Draguignan, or Draguignan as the town it serves is called. Try putting either of the latter two versions and the App (and the website) will return nothing. It needs a Boolean search logic behind it.
Unable to open bookings in the app, despite that being one of its key features. Completely useless.

Have never been able to successfully complete a booking using this app.
I've the bookings with SNCF, was able to download none of them to my phone. Complete waste of time and money. You would wonder why a company like this would release an app like this without proper testing.
Can't find any existing bookings. If you try to make a booking through the app it finds trains at times wildly different from what you asked for. SNCF - for goodness sake put this pile of rubbish in the bin and let UK residents use your main app.

Said journeys didn't exist when I could clearly find them on the website. Totally lame.
Seriously, is this built by someone who hates customers and is having fun wasting our time? Keeps changing the dates I put in and telling me that the departure is after the return. True, but only after the app has put in its own dates and changed the ones I put in.
Do not waste your time ..and you will waste hours. It says do not move away from page ...wait hours. Nothing better to get ticket at station save time.

Won't search for anything! Plus, just because my phone is set to English does not mean I live in the UK! why the hell can't I use the French app??
Can't access my tickets booked in France. Can't get the French app from the UK app store. Sucks.

Give us the same app than in France. I want to retrieve my tickets and pay in euros!

This app is an eyesore. When it works it is glitchy and counter intuitive. Not user friendly at all. But you don't have to worry too much as it doesn't work most of the time.
