DKV - Scan & Send Documents

Nice app to keep track of all things medical. Good to scan your reimbursements for your health expenses & send them directly to DKV. It's very convenient, informative.

On a top of it the website credentials do not match the one in the app. It is good for scanning and sending documents, but can we see the file resolution.

Useful information on the go, I downloaded on 31 January and sent the reimbursements for my health expenses directly to DKV. I got this app very useful then. I like the App so far!

Icoontje om de app te starten is terug zichtbaar maar ik krijg een zwart scherm bij het openen van de app. De app maakt geen correct gebruik van het nieuwe permissiesysteem van Android 6.0 (wat ik vrij strikt regel zoals ook andere gebruikers om privacy redenen) en is daardoor niet bruikbaar op mijn toestel.

Cette app est censée aider à traiter plus rapidement les dossiers. Elle est vraiment inutile. Concrètement, les délais sont allongés d'un mois! Je désinstalle l'app et reviens donc aux bons documents en papier

Lorsque je fais la photo ils disent que ils s'attendent à 33bytes au lieu de 34.je ne comprends pas ce que ça veut dire, mais en tout cas, je ne sais plus rien scanner et donc impossible de déclarer mes frais maintenant...

This is a great App. Saves me time and all claims processed seamlessly. On the first opening it seems the app totally shuts down all fone functions, black screen but they advised me to wait for the black to pass. Afterwards it asks for camera permissions, I granted it and works like a charm. Good job!

This application is simply terrible. The first opening takes ages and makes the whole phone hang. Tested with two phones, same problem. It does unfreeze after some time, but it's unacceptably long. To answer the comment: that isn't a fix. Just properly implement Android's permission model and everything will work perfectly fine. We shouldn't be the ones to ensure the app works, it should do so flawlessly out of the box.

If you are using Android 6.0, you will need to give your camera permissions to use the app, otherwise it might crash or freeze your phone. After this fix the app works just fine and it had saved me a ton of paperwork. I find this tool pretty useful.

Crashes ( and/or reboots ) my phone whenever I start this app. Total garbage. Let's hope their insurance coverage is better than their programming skills.

Unfortunately the previous reviews are true. The app is abismal. Even after activating the permissions which I consider necessary, that is storage and camera, it's still not working. Why do you need permissions to my location, phone and calendar? Anyway the permission crap is just an excuse. At the amount of money you make you should release a decent app that is supported well on all Android versions.

The app takes MINUTES to launch and gets my Android to crash. After hanging for 5 minutes, the app launches finally. Horrible app. Using Samsung S7 Edge. Useless application.

Keeps asking for location permissions a hundred times and crashes the whole system.

Hangs and makes phone slow. Checked memory manager. App used 890mb of ram...

Love the fact that you can scan and send documents. However cannot follow how DKV treats these submissions...

Absolute rommel, net gelijk de service van jullie helpdesk. Dit is de eerste keer ooit dat een app mijn hele gsm vast doet lopen. Wat een schande. Bespaar tijd... Juist ja.

Op 2 verschillende Android toestellen heb ik hetzelfde probleem. Bij het invullen van een diagnose anders dan de standaard lijst geeft de app altijd aan dat de diagnose verplicht is. Hierdoor is de app onbruikbaar voor mij

Impossible to fill out the email field when reporting a hospitalisation.... so you cannot proceed... not via app nor via website... please fix

Handy application, makes managing the medical expenses easier. It would be good to have a function that allows adding docs already stored on the device or allow scan and send later
